"Though True As Steel is definitely a stand-alone book, I would highly recommend reading the book ahead of this one since the two tie together beautifully. That book is the award winning A Million Ways Home.

Really enjoyed this tale of love, family and forgiveness. Just the right amount of romance mixed into a realistic, engaging story. This is my second book by Janet Daily and I’ll be reading more.

"Wow, what a wonderful story! I couldn't put it down and read most of it in a day! I look forward to having my kiddo read it.

It was great to see a children's book with a strong and caring male character caring for a child. It was also nice to have a " Read more of this review »

Hi Debbie! Thanks for the kind words :) I actually had forgotten all about this, but I was tickled when my agent first told me she wanted to use my letter as an example. Thanks for reminding me, and for the extra mentions!

Hi Dianna,
I pulled up How to Write the Perfect Query Letter and realized it was your letter that was being used as an example. I realize it's an older post, but at that time I was recovering from surgery and missed it. I've posted a link to my Facebook Page and Twitter in hopes of continuing to spread your name (and how to write a good query). Hope it works! Your writing is very good and you deserve recognition. :-) Debbie

Hey, Ally! Good to hear from you! I can't wait to see what you think of A Million Ways Home :) Scholastic is releasing a paperback edition on March 29th.

Alicia Hey Dianna! It's Alicia T. I never got a chance to read A Million Ways Home before I left Sandpoint, but the library in Dallas has it! It's on hold and I'm waiting for it to come. I thought you'd think that was cool though.
