I’m a writer, author, word warrior! I owned an independent bookstore for many years in my 20’s and 30’s. So it should be obvious, I LOVE BOOKS. Fiction or non-fiction it doesn’t matter. I hated self-help but then found Og Mandino. I hated French history and the game of chess and then discovered The Eight by Katherine Neville. I’ve stopped limiting myself to what I think I like.

That brings me to paranormal fiction. It’s a passion of mine. Vampires, werewolves, ghosts, zombies, angels and demons, I read them all. I’ve wanted to write a vampire/werewolf novel for a long time. Combust is Live

I’m so excited about this book. It’s much darker than the previous Hotter Than Hell novels but I had to tell Austin’s story his way. You met Austin in Sizzle and I’ve been thinking about his book for a long time. He’s complex and it took a very special woman to bring him around. Melina is kickass and has had a rough life. When Austin kidnaps her it only gets rougher.
