Author Question: Medical Care of the Kidnapped Patient
Robyn Asks:
My adult character was kidnapped and held for a few hours. She wasn’t injured beyond a couple of bruises and where the tape was wrapped around her hands. I have that she was taken to the ER just to check vital signs, etc. How long would they keep her? Just until labs come back? They don’t need to do x-rays, and there was no head injury so no question of concussion. Thoughts?

Poison takes place about 5 years after the Chapter 2 hostage incident in Proof. Keelyn, the oldest survivor, is now engaged to Lee-- the SWAT commander and Raven is missing.
Nathan is in book #2 pretty heavily. I guess I fell in love with him too thought the primary focus is Lee and Keelyn. Lilly Reeves makes a few appearances as well.
And-- book #3 is slated to be a blow out! It will be the most intense of ALL three for sure. No release date for Peril (tentative title).

Hi Jordyn, I can’t wait until Poison is out! I’ve never been into Christian lit OR Medical Thrillers. You’ve converted me. Can you give a hint – will Bloodlines #2 feature the same cast of characters or a different group entirely?
