Steven Schwarzman answered Judygr8's question: I love Telushkin but am wondering if you could you recommend a book with more scope/depth? Particularly interested in a history of the Jews in the diaspora from the time of the destruction of the 2nd Temple--how the Jews spread, Jews in African/Sephardic countries, Ashkenazim, etc. This is for a weekly study group we hold at our synagogue.
