My best advice is to pick one social media outlet that you love and focus on building up a following there. Lots of folks try to do it all and then get really overwhelmed. And congrats on your novel. Losing the Light actually came out two years ago, and I'm preparing for the release of my second novel SHE REGRETS NOTHING in February. I did a variety of things to market my work: lots of social media activity, some in-person events, and traditional media outreach via my publisher and a publicist that I hired to help out.
