The only time I feel like I am completely at one with the world is when I am creating. Whether it be turning a blank page into a novel or a white canvas into a painting - the process of making what is floating around in my head, squeezing the pictures from my heart and making use of every experience I’ve ever endured and filling a blank page with images, breathing life into characters, forcing them into situations that test their endurance… to me that is the best thing about writing; just letting my imagination live on paper.(less)
