The woman who will defeat the Body Slammer

This is me with Montana’s Democratic candidate for Congress, Kathleen Williams.

For those of you who don’t know, Montana only gets one congress person, so winning the congressional race here is a big deal. You may remember two weeks ago, Donald Trump made international news when he praised Republican congressman Greg Gianforte for criminally body slamming a reporter. Well, Kathleen Williams is the Democrat opposing Greg “The Body Slammer” Gianforte. At this moment, the polls show the race as a dead heat. So if you live in Montana and want to piss off Donald Trump and let the Republicans know that attacking a reporter is unacceptable, get out and vote for Kathleen Williams! She will be a great congresswoman.

The biggest Democrats in Montana

Here they are, the three biggest Democrats in Montana at this moment: Congressional candidate Kathleen Williams, Governor Steve Bullock, and Senator Jon Tester.

At this moment Kathleen Williams is tied in the polls with the infamous Republican congressman Greg “The Body Slammer” Gianforte, and Jon Tester is up three points over Matt “Little Trump” Rosendale. More than ever, Montana Democrats are getting enthusiastically involved. You gotta feel good about the prospects for both Williams and Tester on Tuesday.

Something to feel good about

Here’s something to make you feel good about Democratic prospects for Tuesday’s election. I live in Ravalli County, one of the most conservative counties in Montana. Senator Jon Tester, Governor Steve Bullock, and candidate for Congress Kathleen Williams showed up for a rally here yesterday afternoon. The place was packed, and cars were lined up far down the highway. It was a wonderful event. And if people are that excited about the election in Ravalli County, imagine how they are elsewhere.

Trump’s Tester vendetta

Donald Trump’s vendetta to defeat Senator Jon Tester continues today. This will be Trump’s fourth Montana visit (in addition to him sending Mike Pence here three times and Donald Trump Jr. more times than can be counted). Because of his desperation for revenge and to show he can influence Montanans, Trump gets more and more insane each time he visits. Just two weeks ago he was here, and he made international news for praising Republican congressman Greg Gianforte’s criminal assault of a reporter.

What will Trump do today? Will he pledge to nuke the migrant caravan? Will he commit to signing an executive order to bring back the Three-Fifths Compromise of 1787? Will he declare amnesty for any cop who shoots a black? Will he promise an AR-15 in every gun rack? Will he hand out free MAGA Ushankas? Will he sic the crowd on the reporters in the media pen?

This is Montana, and Trump wants to defeat Jon Tester almost as much as he wants a hot date with Ivanka. Anything can happen, but there is one thing you can count on: no matter how outrageous or depraved, the Cult of Trump will laugh and cheer for whatever he says.

What really concerns Donald Trump

Here’s what really concerns Tiny Trump’s psychopathic brain the most about the MAGA Bomber and the Tree of Life Synagogue Mass Shooter. Thursday night he said, “Now, we did have two maniacs stop a momentum that was incredible, because for seven days nobody talked about the elections. It stopped a tremendous momentum.”

Upon hearing Tiny Trump whining to preemptively save face for becoming the Biggest Loser on Election Day, Martyman decided to get out the world’s smallest violin to play the world’s saddest song on his behalf.

Either that or he just finished reading Stormy Daniels’ book and is trying to visualize Tiny’s Mushroom Mario Kart. I’m not sure which.

He was magnificent!

Marty’s photo of the day #2704: Most Americans who go to Africa see the animals from the safety of a Land Rover. And those who go on foot, like Eric and Donald Trump Jr., do it with powerful rifles. Actually in the Trumps’ case, they probably rode in a Land Rover and walked the last ten feet to their “conquest.” Anyway, I took this photo in the midst of a 53 mile-long hike across Zimbabwe’s Mana Pools National Park. No vehicle to hide in. No gun on my shoulder. Just the elephant and my camera. He was magnificent!

A Rodent’s Last View

Marty’s photo of the day #2702: For Halloween, I thought I’d post the scariest photo in my collection. . . . Okay, you can’t see that one because, well, I’m in it. Okay, this one. . . . No, I’m in that one too. Humph. . . . Okay this is the scariest photo that I’m not in (#13 overall). It’s of an anaconda that I photographed in the Amazon Rainforest. I call it, “A Rodent’s Last View.”
