Russian writer, real name Marchenko.
He studied at the Kiev Polytechnic Institute, after which he worked for several years in Kazan. Then went to serve in the White Army. Participated in the Denikin movement, was captured, but managed to run away. Until 1932 he taught at the School of Mathematics.

Then, as a former member of the White movement was arrested, but it was a little sentence.

From 1935 he lived in Kiev, where in 1944 [1] emigrated to Germany in 1950, moved to the U.S., where he lived in Monterey with his son, writer Nikolai Morshen.
