Angela J. Townsend is a filmmaker and a traditionally published, award winning author of gothic horror. Angela is a proud member of the Author's Guild in NYC. Angela is represented by the former Vice President of Paramount pictures, M. Kenneth Suddleson. She has a motion picture, the Forlorned based on one of her books and many others coming soon.

In 2018 Angela won a noteable trademark lawsuit over her book title, The Forlorned. The person who sued Angela is a convicted child sex offender who had filed dozens of malicious and frivilous lawsuits against other innocent parties. The case ended up in the US Supreme Court, and winning freed Angela from years of harassment from what the press is calling "Trademark Trolls."

The best thing is my readers and fans of my motion picture. You are very important to me and I love you all.
Being a writer allows me to live my dreams. From the time I was old enough to understand what a book was--I've always wanted to be an author. There is nothing better. Reading a book is a major investment and I always keep my fans in mind as I write. Authors need support in order to gain success. Thank you for supporting my books. Happy reading!

The novel is a very atmosphereic gothic horror novel involving more ghosts connected to the lighthouse island. I'm having fun researching the project and interviewing historians. I love stories that are not only spooky but also connected to the sea. I hope fans of my books will enjoy it as much as I loved writing this spine chiller! (less)

So many people need to read this series! It takes and captures you sooo well! The ending was..... HORRIBLE! (In a good way!) I NEED the next book!! :O

“I like animals that can kill me. I don’t have a cat or a dog or anything — I’m not interested in animals because they’re cute; I’m interested in animals that can kill me. My interests are with bears, tigers, lions, rhinos, elephants, hippos, things like that. I’m obsessed with big-game animals. Urban society, like New York, would be better if they released like 25 panthers in town. It would humble humanity. So when I’m walking home from the bar, I would always have to think to myself, 'There could be a panther around here.”
