Célia Correia Loureiro nasceu em Almada, em 1989. Licenciou-se em Informação Turística pela Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril, mas garante que a sua vocação é a escrita. Desde cedo começou a contar histórias através de ilustrações. Aos doze anos leu o seu primeiro romance e, desde aí,
não parou de ler nem de escrever. Com algumas obras terminadas, apresenta-se aos leitores através da Alfarroba com "Demência" em Nov. de 2011 e, em Out. de 2012 lança, pela mesma chancela, "O Funeral da Nossa Mãe". "A Filha do Barão" foi a sua estreia no seu género favorito: a novela histórica. Em Outubro de 2016 lança "Uma Mulher Respeitável".
