Lea Cherry can be seen as a dual identity of her true form Leandri Geldenhuys. Even though Lea Cherry is an alter ego, she still managed to write her novel The Rose of Cavendish, which was published in 2011, and presented in 2012 to Hollywood Producers in the Author Solutions Book-to-screen Pitchfest. She also Co-authored "The Journal of Blake Leaf" with fellow author Adrienne Woods which was the poetry journal to accompany The Dragonian Series. She has a few series lined up to write and publish, but that has to take a back seat when she's working full time as a Designer, Mom, Wife and studying for a degree in Language and Literature. When Lea is not writing or working full time, she enjoys listening to music such as Rock and Alternative, w ...more

There are so many wondrous worlds, but if I had to choose one it would be between Narnia (because you know animals talk and it's very medieval style) and the world of Harry Potter because you know Magic! So it's a tough choice between magic and talking animals.(less)

Chimera - A Soul's Day Boxset Story

Chimera is a story about a group of friends that go camping in a supposed haunted forest on Halloween. What could go wrong?
Well, Raven's friends start disappearing one by one, kidnapped by a creature that won't stop until all of them are gone.

Snippet:

“I'm going insane. That's the only explanation for any of this. I'm going insane and the men in white coats will be showing up at any moment to tell me this has all been a psychotic delusion. They'll take me away and lock me up, and I'll be free to drool in the corner of my padded cell for the rest of my life without a care in the world. "
"But then you'd never see me again," Caleb reminded her with a wink.
"Really? Can I get that in writing?”

“A wise man once told me family don’t end in blood, but it doesn’t start there either. Family cares about you, not what you can do for them. Family’s there through the good, bad, all of it. They got your back even when it hurts. That’s family”

Lea Cherry “What is it? Why are you staring at me like that?” my voice sounded very rude and impatient but like his father, Aranhil portrayed the same understanding and kindness through his eyes.

“I was just thinking how can someone as beautiful as you contain so much conflict within?”

“Can you stop with your teasing? Just say what it is you mean. I’m not in the mood for games.” His smile was sweet as he pulled me to a stop. Facing me, he put his hand gently on my cheek, caressing it softly.

“Anna-Belle, I mean what I say. You are not only beautiful, you are the most exquisite creation that I have had the honour to come across. You may not know this, but I am well on my way of falling in love with you.”

Lea Cherry “When I saw the book on your bed last night I knew what you were planning. I couldn’t let you go off on your own, unprotected so I set this whole thing up. I don’t care how mad you are, I’m not leaving you and neither are your friends. You saved my life now let me protect yours.” As he said those last few words he bowed down to me. I was seriously not use to this at all. Flutters went by and the silence grew. The conflict in my head became too much for me to bare so I gave in.
