Double good news

Sometimes I get a timely reminder of why all the hard work and heartache is worth it when it comes to writing.

Reissues and an important announcement!

After a horrible 2020 (sounds familiar) I’m relieved to say that I’ve finally managed to get onto some authorly tasks that have been on my to-do list for more than a year. I’m happy to announce that my back catalogue of e-books is now available on Smashwords, so you can now purchase them for just $3.99 (that’s around £2.90) each in .mobi format. I’m in a short story dispenser again

If anyone remembers how excited I was to have my short story ‘Cracks in the wall’ included in Short Edition story dispensers a couple of years ago, you’ll know how I feel to have my story ‘She don’t fade’ accepted now.

Terrifying Ghosts is out!

I never thought I’d be able to say I’ve been published in a collection alongside M.R. James (one of my lifelong writing inspirations) but I couldn’t be happier about it.

The ReVamp profits have been donated!

Bit of an update!

Earlier this year, LC Hu and I finally retired the ReVamp anthology, and closed the associated PayPal account which had been accumulating all the sales revenue from the book.

It had always been the plan to donate any profits from sales to charity, so today I donated my half (£65) to Good Law Project’s Legal Defence Fund for Transgender Lives.

Terrifying Ghosts from Flame Tree Press

Here’s some good news for the new year! It’s been tough to keep it quiet since I found out, but now I can share that I’ve had my story ‘Of Water’ accepted for inclusion in Flame Tree Press’s new anthology ‘Terrifying Ghosts’.

XXXI – very limited edition zine out now

[image error]Last October I did the thing of one ink illustration a day (you know the thing!) and accompanied my illustrations with 6 word stories (and two 4 word ones – spot ’em!). I’ve now made this into a little book. It’s been a labour of love and I’m very proud of it.
