I'M A TWINKIE

Another birthday is almost upon me. Time to dig out the party hats and chocolate (M & M caramel, Dove dark, Frangos - bring 'em on!) Time to celebrate with family and friends. I found this book completely fascinating and inspiring. Good information on how we create habits. Sentences and paragraphs underlined everywhere and pages marked with sticky notes. I'll probably purchase copies for gifts.
