Almost KDP

I'm waiting for all the websites that sell my novel to take it down, except Amazon, so I can enroll in Amazon's KDP Select program. You have to agree to sell exclusively through them for 90 days, but in return you get cool perks, such as my novel will be available to borrow for FREE for Amazon prime members. When the book gets borrowed, I still make a little moola :) Barnes and Nobel, Kobo, and Sony took it down. I believe it's off iTunes too. Diesel and Blio still have it up though. I just unpublished my book through Smashwords, which means that free samples and coupon codes are no longer valid. Smashwords will eventually remove my book from BarnesandNoble.com, Kobo, Sony, Diesel, and Blio.com. I am enrolling in Amazon KDP Select and that means I can only sell the ebook on Amazon.
