Spanking Required
Free at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, iTunes, Smashwords, Kobo

WARNING!!!   Adults only! Graphic sex, BDSM, mature themes, CONSENSUAL NON-CONSENT!

Brooke Dalton knows what she wants and she's ready to make it happen with her new personal ad titled, "Spanking Required."

The very next day she shows up at Christopher's house, willing to take a risk with the handsome stranger. Within minutes of her arrival, she learns of his darker intentions. NOTE FROM BREE:
This book doesn't end happily.  If I continue with this series, there will be a happily ever after in book three.  It's a story about a woman's sexual journey.
I get very mixed reviews about this book, but between you and me, I love this book because I love dark stories. [image error]

Until May 25 - The Punished Daughters Collection will be $0.99 at Amazon.  The price change should take effect soon.

This book usually retails for $2.99.  It's 127 pages long (estimate) and it includes:
For Daddy's LoveDaddy Spanks the GirlsSpanked by DaddySamantha Gets Spanked, by my friend Samantha Whitney
Purchased separately, these books retail for about $3.99.

For those who don't have a Kindle, it's also available at Smashwords until May 25 at 66% off with coupon NX89W.  This makes the price $1.02. Sorry, it's three cents higher than Amazon, but it's the best I can do.

For Daddy's Love is free, as usual, at Barnes & Noble, Smashwords, and Feedbooks. I'd love it to be free at Amazon but they haven't price-matched it yet. :(

So, anyway, make sure you get Punished Daughters for $0.99 while you can!

Today and tomorrow, Spank Me Big Brother is Free at Amazon.
Spank Me, Big BrotherGet it while you can!

It will be in Amazon's "KDP Select" program for the next few months, meaning it's only going to be available at Amazon during this time.

Why is it only at Amazon? I'll be very honest with you. It's because sales for my Bree Jandora books (oh my! I write other books? :) ) are not strong enough at B&N or Smashwords to justify me writing more Bree Jandora books.  And I'd like to be able to write more Bree Jandora books. So, desperate times call for desperate measures.  KDP Select still may not be the answer, but I'm trying.

March 15, 2012

I love to write about stepbrothers and stepsisters gettin' it on. I don't know why.  I have no step-relatives of which to speak, but somehow this fantasy always turned me on. There's something about the idea of sneaking around with someone you're not supposed to be with, but the fact that you may have hours and hours of uninterrupted playtime because, hey, you live under the same roof. And also, I love the idea that the person would likely be your "first" at that age.

Of course, I am referring to people doing it "under the legal age" requirement. And I have to be careful how I write about it even here at my blog because it makes me sound like a purveyor of illegal content, which I'm definitely NOT.

I write under other pen names, but Bree is for pseudo-incest and, to a lesser extent, BDSM. Right now I'm working on the follow-up to Spanking Required, which is my only story that is not pseudo-incest. It was just a dark story that was a lot of fun to write and I'm thoroughly enjoying the sequel so far.

One of my favorite books of mine is "Spank Me, Big Brother" because I finally got to write about the stepbrother / stepsister thing. HOWEVER, they both had to be at least eighteen-years-old, otherwise this book would get banned for illegal content. You can write about teenagers doing it but you have to be very careful how you write it. In Young Adult romance you'll definitely find stories of teenagers having sex but the sex is never described in graphic detail. It's often just glossed over, getting the reader right up to the very point where "there is sex" and then, suddenly, there's another chapter that starts well after "there is sex."

Feedback, Good and Bad

I've heard a lot of different feedback from my readers about this book, via both email and reviews.

I could tell from the mixed reviews - which have been really good, overall (so, thank you!) - that there was just something people didn't like about this book. Like, they wanted to give it five stars but they knocked it down a star because "it floundered in the middle" or "there was too much guilt."

Look, I wrote this book in a way that was realistic to me and there's no other way I could have written it.  Maybe it was annoying, but to write it any other way would have been wrong.

The only way I could figure out to make Dawn and Jordan stay away from each other - and thus be an "of legal age" story - was to make them feel guilty about their relationship. There had to be an internal struggle, a reason they stayed away from each other for so long. They didn't want to upset April, Jordan's biological mom and Dawn's adopted mom.

In my world, this may have played out differently, in ways I'm not allowed to write about. In high school I would've gone to great lengths to get that hot stepbrother to give in and come to my room late at night.  That's why I had to make Jordan a "good boy," the kind of guy who would have resisted a girl like me in high school. He loves his mother, dearly, and he doesn't want to do anything to hurt her. To me, that's realistic. He struggles to be a good guy, and he succeeds... more or less.

When these two characters finally give in, which seems inevitable from the beginning, it's not without a great deal of angst. And I've come to realize that the angst is what a lot of people don't like.

I guess another way to write it would have been to make it so the story wasn't about their first time. I didn't go that route because I think first times are ridiculously sexy. To me, if a story doesn't include a "first time," there's no reason for the story. When I look back through pretty much everything I've ever written, there's almost always a first time. There may be references to other activities with other people, but that "first time experience" is why I enjoy a story, so, it tends to be what I like to write about. The first time has the most tension and excitement.  I find it a struggle to connect with a story that jumps in way down the road somewhere.

There are exceptions, of course. Off the top of my head I can think of a few. But mostly I can only think of books I've read that have really disappointed me because there was no setup. We were thrown right into the action with no explanation of what led us to that point.

I can't say I'm sorry about the way I wrote "Spank Me, Big Brother." I can only write what I can write. When characters come alive to me, they practically beg to be written. I was in the middle of writing something else entirely when I had the idea for this book. It was out of my own desire for spanking. I just had the very first line of the book in my head and thought, "what if a girl called her sexy stepbrother and said, 'Please come over here and spank me.'" Not everyone understands the spanking fetish, but for those of us who do, that one line can be a dream come true.

I had to let go of my desire to 'please everyone' a long time ago. I like to write about spanking, so, I write about spanking. And I can't seem to write a story that doesn't have an element of realism. As much as I'd like to have the ability to tailor a story to a reader's specific expectations, I can only write the characters as I perceive them. Dawn and Jordan had been attracted to each other for years but they refused to give in to their urges. That's who they are and there was no other way I could write about them. This means there had to be a lot of emotion, and maybe that took away from the sex for some people--but I won't apologize. This story went the way it was supposed to go.

Right or Wrong, It Happens

I try to think back to when my stepbrother fetish started. I think I was in high school because I knew girls who were 'active' with their stepbrothers at the time and I was probably jealous. Since then, I've met more people than I can count who tell me their first time was with a stepsibling, as a teenager. And of the ones who confessed this to me, none of them grew up with these stepsiblings from a young age. They all met when they were at fourteen / fifteen.

It doesn't turn me on at all to think about people who've known each other and grown up thinking of each other as "real" siblings--that, to me, is where it crosses the line from "hot and taboo" to "disgusting." The stepsibling thing doens't turn me because they're almost like brother and sister. It's because they aren't supposed to be sexual with each other. It's also because of the sneaking around, which you'd have to do because you'd otherwise get in some big trouble.

I've known people who, even if they met their stepsibling at an older age than high school, think of that person as a "real" stepsibling and they would never dream of being sexual with that person.

To each their own.

And there are also people who had sex with stepsiblings but the experiences were not good. Maybe the experiences weren't consensual, and left them forever scarred. To those people, I'm sorry if these types of books make you uncomfortable.

I don't write these books because I advocate or encourage sex with steprelatives. I just think they're realistic, especially the ones about siblings. You put two sexually curious teenagers under the same roof, and things are bound to happen (unless you keep an eye on them at all times).

March 4, 2012

A new anthology!  It only has my pseudoincest stories. So far, Smashwords seems to have given these books a stay of execution. That could end any day, depending on what Paypal does.

The new anthology is called, "Legal, Consensual, and Spanked: Related by Marriage." Yes, it has this long name for a reason. It's to prove a point, really. Most people get turned off by the words "Daddy" or "Brother" in the title and they immediately think the worst. And since this whole censorship issue is such a hot topic, I decided to draw attention to the fact that the characters in all of these books:
1. are of legal age
2. are having consensual sex
3. are only related by marriage, not by blood.
4. and, of course, they get spanked.:)

Legal, Consensual, and Spanked: Related by Marriage, the Bree Jandora Collection
It's $4.99 at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Smashwords

And - it's time for "Read an Ebook Week" again!  It's from March 4th to March 10th.

You can get my new book at Smashwords for 25% off during the promotion, with coupon REW25.

You can get Spank Me, Big Brother at Smashwords for 50% off with coupon REW50.

FYI - The "Punished Daughters" collection is unpublished at most retailers right now because of this whole pseudoincest debacle. One of the stories in the book, by another author, is not pseudoincest, so I now have a new anthology. Enjoy!!

February 6, 2012

First up:

To the person who found my blog by typing "spank me big brother free online full" into a Bing search, please know that Spank Me Big Brother is available for $0.99 for a limited time at Amazon. I'm not sure when the price will go back to $2.99, but I know the $0.99 price won't last too much longer.

I'm sorry, but I can't afford to give that book away right now. I worked rather hard on it, and I have another free book available, For Daddy's Love. I am still trying to make that book free at Amazon. So, if you have a moment, please see this blog post (it tells you where to get it for free) and report another price for me at Amazon, okay? With the drastic influx of new free books (by way of Amazon's KDP select program) it's been much harder to make a book free than it used to be. But I'm still going to try.

Speaking of For Daddy's Love, I noticed something way too stinkin' cute in my reviews at Barnes & Noble. I'm not one of those writers who checks her reviews every day but I was pleasantly surprised to find this.

Apparently, two people named Tori and Emo are flirting in my reviews. :)  Awwww!!!  In case they get erased, here's a screen shot. Start at the bottom, Feb. 2, 2012. Click on the picture to see the whole thing.

Is it wrong that I find this heart-warming?

First, emo boy, I am so glad to hear that my story gave you a boner, especially if you don't get horny a whole lot. I'm not sure how true that is, because as far as I know, emo boys still have penises. And where there's a penis, there's a great likelihood of "horny." Still, a compliment's a compliment, and I'll take it!

And then there's Tori. She noticed emo's review and said hi.

Now, the person who responded to Tori with "hey tori u horny?" Is that you, emo? Hmm... I don't think so. I think somebody wants to cash in on the void left by emo. Emo is probably away somewhere, just being emo. Not being horny. But maybe he and Tori could read this book together and make a go of it, Nook in hand. That's the great thing about e-readers. They're so easy to hold in one hand. Your other hand is free to do something else.

So, be safe, kids. Especially you, Tori.

If this thing doesn't work out, may I suggest AdultFriendFinder?

And by the way, I'm totally serious. I love you guys for this.

 - Bree
