Lauren Gilbert lives in Florida with her husband. An avid reader, she has always dreamed of writing. HEYERWOOD: A Novel is her first novel. She is also a contributor to CASTLES, CUSTOMS, AND KINGS: TRUE TALES BY ENGLISH HISTORICAL FICTION AUTHORS, to be released 9/23/13.

HEYERWOOD was reviewed in the November 2011 issue #333 of RT BOOK Reviews:
"Heyerwood is written in the true Regency style. The pace is slow, which allows the reader to fully absorb the descriptive text within the novel. You will fall in love with the characters...

Her second novel, A Rational Attachment, will be released shortly.
