New Releases Sept. 23-30 and Reader's Choice C*ntest
First, a commercial message. Will and Aidan, two of the vampires from my Penton Legacy trilogy (written as Susannah Sandlin) are over at the Grave Tells website today, being silly. Will's answering questions, and I'm giving away winner's choice of a Redemption print book, ebook, or audiobook. So head off to enter! (The contest says ebook, but it's your choice.)
Last week of the month, and here we go round in circles. Lots of releases this week, and next week? Holy cannoli, Batman!...<![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 9]>

Scene Snippet Sunday (& W*nners): The Greater Mississippi River Nympths
Welcome to scene-snippet Sunday! Today, I have a bit of a scene from RIVER ROAD, which comes out November 13, although you can preorder it, you know :-) and if you were to do so and email to let me know, I might just send you one of my nifty new double-sided bookmarks :-)Anyway, a lot of RIVER ROAD has to do with the various water species that have moved into New Orleans since Katrina (plus some who were already living among us), including the nymphs, who have become loosely organized under t...

Tigers for the Win! (Last Chance to Enter)
First, a commercial interruption...I'm teaching my Quilting 101: Patchworking the Perfect Plot online class through the South Louisiana chapter of RWA in October. The class starts October 1 and runs through the month. It's a pretty intensive class (it will be conducted through a Yahoo loop) but you will end up with a good working outline for a novel and get lots of feedback from me, of course. Click
HERE
to sign up. You don't have to be an RWA member to take the class.

ABOUT THE BOOK: "A drowning, a magician's curse, and a centuries-old secret. "1537. A man hurries through city streets in a gathering snowstorm, clutching...<![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 9]>

New Releases Sept. 15-22 and Reader's Choice C*ntest
First, head over to my official websiteto read a new short story set in the Royal Street world. It’s a prequel about Alex and Jake Warin when they were teenagers.
Kind of a slowish week in new releases…and you know what that means. Next week, kind of huge. Week after next? Mind-bogglingly huge! So let’s enjoy a slower week and maybe the choice will be easier.
Which book would you most like to read? As always, leave a comment telling me the book you’d most like to win (or the first...<![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 9]>
