Elka is the author of the Toby Wong Vancouver Island mystery series, out from Seventh Street Books. 2020 will see the release of KILLER COIN - book 2 in the series, and a follow-up to 2019's DIVORCE IS MURDER.

Elka's previous titles include the noir thriller SAIGON DARK, from Crime Wave Press in 2016; and HANOI JANE, a romantic mystery from Marshall Cavendish & DT Books, 2011.
