It's a Wonderful Afterlife interview Tara Marie Live! with Richard Martini

I married footage I shot in Kerala with this radio interview about "It's a Wonderful Afterlife" It's a mash up of India and Afterlife research on Tara Marie Live! from American Latino Radio 154 on SiriusXM. Elephant fest has little to do with our chat about how afterlife research may help heal folks, but gives it a different spin.

Howie Mandel gets hypnotized plus Flipside book talk with Scott De Tamble and Jennifer Shaffer

My old friend Howie Mandel got "hypmotized" last night on "America's Got Talent."

A hypnotist Chris Jones put him "under" and the next thing we know, had convinced him to shake hands with people, contrary to a lifelong phobia of his about germs, related to his OCD.

Most doctors think that phobias are psychosomatic - however that doesn't stop them from prescribing meds that confuse the brain enough to not be terrified of the terrors they bring - not for a moment stopping to wonder if the side effects of the psychotropic drugs might be deleterious... but I digress.

Hey Howie!  I love you man!

We wrote a script together for Columbia pictures (along with Luana Anders) called "Watch Your Step."  Kind of a prescient title come to think of it.  Howie is hilarious, a funny, funny guy, and I believe he's aware of his phobias and is suffering from them to some degree.

We no longer share a manager (I saw our old manager last week, he's great actually) so I don't have easy access to email this to Howie.

So maybe the magic of the internet with its "tags" will somehow find its way to his people, or find its way to him.  Howie, I'm asking (through the internet, mind you, no germs here, except for all the keyboards on the planet) if you want to stop or end or understand this phobia without the benefit of drugs.  I can hear you on the flipside of the screen saying "What? Martini? Seriously? Okay, go ahead, I'm listening."

I've been filming people under deep hypnosis for six years now.  Not the kind that you went through last night on the show - "stage hypnosis" which deals with a certain level of consciousness.  But six hour sessions, where the client determines what they'd like to visit and explore.

And I came upon the research that people could cure "psychosomatic" illnesses while under hypnosis. (I'd give you all the cites, but there are many, including Dr. Brian Weiss, Dr. Anita Moorjani and others).  People who during a consciousness altering event, were able to examine and "cure" their illnesses.

So let's begin there, shall we?  If that's possible, to cure, or alleviate symptoms of an illness - and we don't have a word for them, really, because psychosomatic implies being "made up" - but the symptoms are real; the sweating, feeling nausea, etc.  Those events exist - it's just that medicine can't tell you what the problem is, so they "send you to a shrink."  Well, sometimes a hypnotist.

But like the words "healing" or "home" - we all have a different definition of those variations, and that includes hypnosis.  One hour session on a couch with someone who tries to convince you to not have fear is not guaranteed to work - but doing a session with a trained hypnotherapist who has done this hundreds of times before, you have a pretty good shot at asking yourself "So what's the genesis of this fear? Where does it come from? Does it come from this lifetime? Does it come from a previous lifetime?  And once I examine that, how can I help alleviate those symptoms?"

Case #1. Woman with aquaphobia.  She's a hypnotherapist in NYC, and has agreed to let me film her "between life" or LBL session.  She sees a lifetime where she drowned - was killed by drowning, thrown off a ship actually. She named the dates, place, other details that I could verify (and did so in the book and film "Flipside").  But when she goes to the end of that lifetime, past the drowning part, she sees that there's a reason why this happened. The man who killed her appears to say "You have no idea how hard that was to do to you in that lifetime."  She recognizes this man as her father in this life, and remembers how he saved her from drowning as a child.

In those moments, she cures herself of her phobia, and some months later, I filmed her swimming in the ocean.  She told me "her recurring nightmare" turned into a wonderful dream where she was swimming effortlessly.  No doctor or drug could make this change, she made it herself.

(Footage of this session is in the film "Flipside" and a transcript of the session is in the book "Flipside: a Tourist's Guide on How to Navigate the Afterlife.")

Case #2. A jaded Hollywood manager (mine) agrees to let me film him under hypnosis.  (also in the film "Flipside"). Unbeknownst to me, he's had a lifelong kidney ailment he's spent "millions of dollars" on finding a cure (sound familiar Howie?) that Doctors can't seem to cure.  During the session, with Scott De Tamble from Claremont, (see below) jaded manager sees a lifetime where his father stabbed him in the back.  In that moment he examines those details and the pain in his kidney goes away. Afterwards, he tells me "It's 95% gone, like an echo of what it once was." His Doctor even calls me to ask "what happened in that session?" because his "panels have returned to normal." (Footage of this event is in the documentary and in the book as well, as cited above).

Case #3. Woman with pretty severe Parkinson's is an old pal, agrees to do a session.  During her session, for about 5 hours, she explores previous lifetimes and examines various reasons for her current choice of a life and situation.  During this entire time, her symptoms disappear.  No shaking. Just her finger, rhythmically tapping as she speaks.  When she's "brought back to consciousness" her symptoms reappear.  The hypnotherapist didn't insist that her symptoms should go away - nor did she attempt to do so, rather she examined the "source" of her illnesses, and related it to a dramatic event that she'd kept private and secret since the event - and it was the start of her not giving her body the kind of care and nutrition she needed.

So while she didn't "cure" herself of the illness, she did give herself a path to health. (A transcript of this session is in "It's a Wonderful Afterlife: Further Adventures in the Flipside.")

So. Howie. Seriously. You want to explore your OCD and your phobia about germs?  You can.  It's not an illness, or an affliction.  It's just part of who you are as a human, and without ascribing any negativity to the choice you made to come to the planet and experience these things, it is something you can dramatically change "overnight."

Check it out for yourself.

I noted that after the hypnosis session you seemed particularly spiritual - of course the show is likely shot out of sequence - but there was a moment where you said to the father who wrote the song about his son who had passed away "I can feel his presence in the room when you sing."  That would be accurate in terms of this research.

Hope this missive finds its way to you.  And I still have a copy of our script!

Meanwhile:

Something on topic, but a bit different.  This past weekend, I did a book talk for my second book "It's a Wonderful Afterlife: further adventures in the Flipside" at the LA branch of iands, the international association of near death studies.  However this time, I brought along two pals, Jennifer Shaffer and Scott De Tamble.  Jennifer is a medium/intuitive who works with law enforcement nationwide to help with missing person cases and others, and Scott is a clinical hypnotherapist based in Claremont, CA, and has done 100's of cases.

I've filmed a number of them, and he appears often in "Flipside" and "It's a Wonderful Afterlife."  I haven't posted the second part, which was a past life regression for all those present, out of respect for their privacy - but we did hear some really unusual tales, including someone from law enforcement who came to check it out, and saw themselves in a previous lifetime and could relate the trauma of that experience (3000 years ago) to a similar trauma that has taken place in this one.

Time as they say, is relative.  (For me, a distant relative.)

And now for something completely different; "Its a Wonderful Afterlife" book talk with Clinical Hypnotherapist Scott De Tamble, Medium-intuitive Jennifer Shaffer, Bob Siress from iands.org comparing near death experiences to between life sessions, past life memories. 75 minutes which will pique your paradigm. Hang onto your coffee, "we're going in!" https://youtu.be/rUK4mfP_4Fs

RICHARD MARTINI Author of:
FLIPSIDE: A TOURIST’S GUIDE ON HOW TO NAVIGATE THE AFTERLIFE

IT’S A WONDERFUL AFTERLIFE: FURTHER ADVENTURES INTO THE FLIPSIDE (VOL 1 AND 2)Chicago native, author and Award Winning Filmmaker Richard Martini has written and/or directed 9 indie films. A former freelance journalist for Variety, Inc.Com, Premiere and other magazines, a graduate of the Masters of Professional Writing Program at USC “Flipside” was his debut non-fiction book
on a topic that’s been haunting him since the death of a soul mate.

After a dream vision of visiting his friend in the Great Beyond, Martini went on a literary quest to find out what the prevailing science and philosophical opinions on the Afterlife are. He journeys into Tibetan Philosophy, makes documentaries in Tibet and India, and eventually is introduced to the work of the Newton Institute, founded by renowned author and hypnotherapist Dr. Michael Newton (“Journey of Souls”). The book contains interviews with numerous hypnotherapists who talk about past life regression and life between life therapy where they help patients examine their immortal identity.

He documents some rather startling hypnotherapy sessions including his own, which confirms for him the research that Dr. Newton has pioneered. Touching upon
quantum physics, near-death experiences, the history of hypnosis and clairvoyant experiences, Martini connects them together with evidence that argues consciousness appears to exist outside of our physical selves, and is connected to our higher spiritual selves in an eternal, yet evolving manner.

He discovers that life after death is a return to the source of all things, to the source of our existence, where we gather up the courage and fortitude to make another journey back to Earth with our loved ones, to examine
another life where we can learn deep spiritual lessons. “We choose our parents, and together with our loved ones, choose what life we’ll lead, whether difficult or not.”

He takes the reader through this remarkable journey in a clear, concise manner, making the trip enjoyable and easy to comprehend. As one critic put it to him recently, “This book isn’t just fantastic, it’s profoundly fantastic.”
“Flipside” went to #1 at Amazon (Kindle, all its genres) and his follow up series “It’s a Wonderful Afterlife” also went to #1 due to his
appearances on “Coast to Coast” radio. “It’s A Wonderful Afterlife” expands his research into the afterlife, including interviews with Dr. Bruce Greyson, Mario Beauregard PhD and Gary Schwartz PhD about consciousness existing outside the brain.

The author interviews people who’ve had both near-death experiences and between life hypnotherapy sessions and includes transcripts from between life sessions including his own. The documentary “Flipside” is distributed by Gaiam TV and Amazon Prime.

Praise for “Flipside”: “Richard has written a terrific book. Insightful, funny, provocative and deep; I highly recommend it!” Robert Thurman (“Why the Dalai Lama Matters”)

“Everyone should have a Richard Martini in their life.” Charles Grodin (“Just When I Thought I’d Heard Everything!”)

“Inspiring, well written and entertaining. The
kind of book where once you have read it, you will no longer be able to see the world in the same way again.”Gary E. Schwartz PhD (“The Sacred Promise”)

“We viewed “Flipside” last night and were blown away about how good it is; the visuals were outstanding – the care taken in putting it all together really shows.”Michael Newton (“Journey of Souls”) (about the film
version of “Flipside”).For more info

BB King and the Flipside, Texas Teen who Saw Jesus Before Being Revived

Long Live the King!

LA Times photo.

BB gave me this pin one night, backstage at the Johnny Carson show.  I gave him a Martini pin I was wearing on my lapel, and he gave me this.  BB King on a chess (board). How poetic.

BB King's Pin on a Chess Board made by my gandfather.
My favorite BB King memory: I was 17, attending his show in Chicago. This is the days when people used to "light up" during a show, and when I did, (ahem) this older African American next to me said "Could you pass that along, brother?"

So we shared that joint, and soon were laughing and crying at the amazing guitar licks coming from Lucille. "Oh man!" and "Tell it!" he'd say. It was hours of shared nirvana, the two of us in the pitch dark theater acting like kids at a gospel show.

Then when the lights came up, he did a double take, looking at my long hair and I saw his grey hair. "You're just a young white dude!" he said, in shock. I said "And you're just an old black dude!" Then we laughed harder and shook hands - I knew the "69th and Jeffrey" south side handshake - for those who understand the different street handshakes Chicago had at the time. BB's music transcended age, transcended race, transcended time and space. Long live the King.
Here's comes the Flipside connection...
Meanwhile, there's this story of a young man who saw "a long haired man" during a near death experience, who realized that the man telling him it "wasn't his time yet" was Jesus.  And he came back. See story below.

So, on this day where we commemorate BB King's life, important to keep that snare and a high hat going... "BB is not dead. He's just left the building." and "BB's not lost. He's just not here." This young man died and saw a fella with long hair and a beard who told him everything was going to be okay and he needed to come back. I've got dozens of the same cases, and have done extensive interviews on camera and off with people who are sane, who aren't trying to sell me anything, who experienced, saw, were touched by the same fellow.

How do people recognize him as "Jesus?" Well... they just do. Not like he's wearing a name tag. It's like they've met him before, or they don't need an introduction. Doesn't mean you have to start wearing pyramid hats, or saying your prayers before meals - but it does mean there's something to his job, or gig, telling people "it's not your time" or "You should go back."

The rest of it, the dogma, the interpretation holds little interest for me. I'm interested in the data, or the reports. And reports are consistent and replicable - which is all science requires. Ain't no name tags reported - but some pretty good music.

As President Barack Obama said:"There’s going to be one killer blues session in heaven tonight."

Well.. there's evidence to back up his claim. And this kid's as well. Flipside: A Tourist's Guide On How To Navigate the Afterlife and It's a Wonderful Afterlife: Further Adventures in the Flipside Vol 1 or Vol 2 (or the DVD for Flipside)

Luana's Birthday and Scott De Tamble talks Flipside hypnotherapy

For fans of "Flipside" today is our pal Luana Anders birthday - or day she chose to join us on the planet.

"The Essence of our Relationship"
Happy Birthday Luana!

When I put this photo on the fridge in 1996 I said aloud "Look, Lu, the essence of our relationship." - laughs and cappuccinos from L.A. to Rome. About 3 months after she checked off the planet, Charles Grodin had the psychic James Van Praagh on his talk show, and Chuck had me secretly call in to test how accurate he might be. When I asked about "a friend named Luana" Van Praagh said "She says there's a photograph on your refrigerator that is the essence of your relationship."

Luana's not gone. She's just not here.

She's home.

Lu
On that note, I filmed this talk the other day at the Orange County Iands group about what it's like over there; home.

Scott De Tamble lightbetweenlives.com
In it, clinical hypnotherapist Scott De Tamble talks about between life hypnotherapy and some of the insight he's gained from his 14 years doing it, as well as the Michael Newton method of hypnotherapy.  After his 50 minute talk, there's a 20 minute open discussion, where I add my two cents about some of the cases that I've filmed with Scott.

I've been filming between life hypnotherapy sessions for the past six years, many with Scott, and the transcripts appear in "Flipside: A Tourist's Guide on How to Navigate the Afterlife" or "It's a Wonderful Afterlife: Further Adventures in the Flipside" volumes one and two.

The film "Flipside: a Journey into the Afterlife" features some of Scott's sessions, as well as interviews with other hypnotherapists.(all available online, in audible, ebook and paperback via flipsidethebook.com.) If you're interested in booking a session with Scott, he's in Claremont, CA, his website is lightbetweenlives.com. This talk was given at the Orange County Iands group (International Association of Near Death Studies), more info can be found at IANDS.org.

This is an organization dedicated to sharing experiences of a spiritual nature and most everyone in the room of this talk has either had a near death experience, or is familiar with the concepts Scott is speaking about (and people ask questions that he answers at the end of his talk) the form of hypnosis that is 4 to 6 hours in length, and was pioneered by psychologist Michael Newton, who taught Scott his method that he honed over 30 years with 7000 clients.

In the recent books, I examine the near death experiences (which science has been able to catalog and use in peer reviewed journals - see the work of Dr. Bruce Greyson at UVA) and compare them with between life sessions, where people under deep hypnosis see, experience, hear or feel some of the same hallmarks that people do during an NDE - a past life review, a visit with a guide or higher energy, moving into the light and beyond it, the experience of unconditional love, etc.

Luana waving from home.
The premise of my latest books is that if we can study NDEs in a scientific setting and get verifiable results (that can and have been duplicated, in studies like Dr. Sam Parnia's "Aware" project) then we should be able to view these accounts of deep hypnosis between life sessions through the same lens.

Thousands of people have had them, report the same events no matter what their religious, ethnic or gender, and Michael Newton has trained hundreds of therapists who ask roughly the same questions to their clients - and the results are remarkable for their similarities, whether the client has ever been under hypnosis, or in many cases, is a skeptic and doesn't believe in any form of afterlife whatsoever.

So please listen to this talk in its entirety, if you have the 70 minutes, and keep an open mind.

I've known Scott for six years now, have filmed a number of sessions with him, and consider him a virtuoso in his abilities to explore and examine what a person says while under hypnosis about their previous lifetimes, and the journey of their souls between lifetimes.  This is a pretty amazing talk, and if you're open to it, it will change your perspective about the planet.

Enjoy. And Happy Birthday Lu. Without further adieu:

The Jesus Question

A topic came up in a forum the other day, a person asked "What about the historical accounts of Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha and other avatars being "sent" to the planet for our own good? And further, asked if there was "any historical evidence that these people actually existed?"

I'm not a scholar.  But I play one on TV.  Just kidding. I've read and corresponded with a few biblical scholars, including Ian Wilson, who's written extensively about the Shroud of Turin.

So far, a number of between life hypnosis sessions, people claim to have known him,
seen him, or heard him speak in public.  All of their accounts generally describe the same person
(even though that may be influenced by paintings) but all have described the same
intense reaction to being near him - something akin to "being mesmerized" "transfixed"
"losing their breath" and in more than one case, tears and red cheeks the closer he appeared.
But on a general note, I included a chapter in "It's a Wonderful Afterlife" Volume 2, where a medium claims to be speaking to Jesus during a session.  And some things were said in that session that corroborated my own research into the arena... but here are my notes about her post:

Actually, Jesus is mentioned in the Qu'ran more than Mohammed. (excellent translation here from USC -) Identified as Isa, in that book, there's a claim that he survived the Crucifixion and traveled to India. In Asia he's known as Isa, or Issa. There's quite a bit of evidence of his travels there, if you care to examine it, from the years from 12-29, roughly, traveling along the silk route and teaching, learning from others along the way.

There's a book written about his journeys that was translated by a Sherpa, who translated it to Russian for the explorer Notovitch, who translated it to French when it was published. Later in the 1960's, another Indian pandit  (Swami Abhedananda) read the same original book at Hemis, and concurred that Notovitch's translation was correct. (I mention this as Notovitch was assailed after the publication, but I like to point out he didn't translate it - his guide did).

(well made doc about the reports of his having been in India prior to his trip to Jerusalem)

I've read the book, been to Hemis, seen the BBC dox on the topic (available on youtube) and a friend made a film "Jesus in India" that explores the evidence of these stories. There's a website, "tombofjesus" that offers written accounts from other languages of his travels in Persia, India, etc. in their "documents" section. Even Josephus, the Roman historian mentions Jesus.

When it comes to stories about Krishna, Brahma, even Buddha, they're a bit like the greek myths - there may or may not have been these people who existed and were written about, Herakles, Hercules, etc, and their stories have grown over time.

However, if you ever get a chance to visit the "relics of Buddha" tour, you can examine for yourself the hair, blood and written scraps and other pieces of famous Buddhist icons, including his own relics that have been preserved for 2500 years. But in Jesus' case - yes, there's quite a bit of evidence of his existence. What's happened however, is like the Greek stories, and the Indian stories, that his path and journey was edited/changed/developed by those who had a vested interest in how they'd like events to happen.

Like editing out women from the apostles, or even editing the four gospels so they all end on the same sentence. Unlikely to happen when they're written so far apart by various people - and the Hemis book follows the story as told by Jewish merchants, who had one key detail different than the Roman version - their book claims that when Pilate asked Jesus about his comments about "render unto Caesar" that Jesus said in effect, "why are you wasting our time with these questions when you have the power of life or death over me?" at which point, Pilate orders his immediate execution. (with no side trip to Herod).

IT'S FREE HERE, VIA THE GUTENBERG PROJECT. TRANSLATED FROM TIBETAN TO RUSSIAN, THEN TO FRENCH, THEN TO ENGLISH. TEXT CORROBORATED BY OTHERS WHO HAVE SEEN IT. A COPY REPORTEDLY RESIDES IN LHASA.

In this account, the Sanhedrin, Jewish leaders protest vehemently, as Roman law precluded killing "holy men" of the Jewish faith, and argue that Jesus is "of the book" and not subject to Roman law. To which Pilate throws them out. They are the ones who did the Jewish ritual of "washing their hands" of his death, as a Roman prelate was also the head of the religion, and would never have performed a sacred ritual of their religion in public - it would have been heretical.

So the Roman editions of the Bible include the Sanhedrin being blamed for Jesus' death, and the Roman prelate "washing his hands" of the event. A convenient narrative that appears to have been added when Rome became Christian, and the Gospels were gathered and edited in the council of Nicea.

The Tibetan narrative ends with his "death on the cross" but other narratives pick up from there - when a fellow named Yuz Asaf (the anointed one) travels back to India in 33 AD, with his wife or mother Miriam (of virgin birth). There's a monument to Yuz Asaf in Persia, quoting him as saying "I am the light and the way." That fellow moves to Kashmir, where he's buried, and there's a plaster cast of his feet next to his tomb. Whoever this fellow was, clearly had survived a Crucifixion.

I was interviewing a medium the other day, who appeared to access Jesus during her session - (and I include a transcript from another session with Jesus and a medium in "It's A Wonderful Afterlife" volume two) and in this case, the medium claimed that Jesus showed her a quick series of images in succession - Krishna, Buddha, Brahma, etc - and the medium asked "These are all you?" And then after a pause said "No, he's showing me that all of these people were avatars, and that they're energetic makeup is closer to source, that's why when they're on the planet they have a stronger ability to be connected to the spirit world."

She also claimed that Jesus said he survived the Crucifixion, ("with the help of both Romans and his followers") and that he came here to let people know how close we are to the afterlife, that it's not far away, and that we are all equal over there, and should treat each other the same over here. I thought that was pretty interesting. In essence, what I've learned is that religion is humanity's way to explain, reconnect us to the spirit world, where we are forgiving, filled with love and see each other equally. And this examination of people under hypnosis - from a purely scientific point of view - is a way of proving to people that is the case.

And finally, and this kind of blows my mind, I got an email from someone the other day including their LBL where they described in detail "the plot" of how they pulled off the most famous trick in history - that of making it appear that Jesus was dead (Using the teachings of an old wise man "from the Orient" who showed us how to "stop all breathing." - the same thing was said in the account in "It's a Wonderful Afterlife" that he had been taught "yoga techniques from a Tibetan monk"). And this transcript includes what and how he was able to leave Jerusalem, "changed his name" but was traveling with his "wife Miriam."

This person read the account in my book, was startled at how in line it was with her own LBL, where she was a man in Jerusalem, and a friend close enough to Jesus to know the story behind the story of how they helped him escape. (Mind blown!)

I come from a long line of Catholics, both Irish and Italian.
My grandfather was baptized her in this 5th century chapel in the Alps.
Is Jesus mentioned more often than Mohammed in the Qu'ran? Yes. Does the Qu'ran claim that Jesus survived the Crucifixion and went to teach in India? Yes. Does the Gospel of Thomas claim that Jesus sent Thomas to India, and then later he saw Jesus teaching there? Yes. Are there monuments to Isa in Asia that seem crafted by the same guy in the Bible? Yes. Is there a statue to Yuz Asaf in Persia? Yes. These aren't debatable facts.

As I mention in "Flipside" when interviewing former President of the Newton Institute Paul Aurand, I asked if there were any "recurring themes" in his clients. And he said he'd had numerous clients who remember lifetimes during the life of Jesus and how much his death (or disappearance) affected them. And then I filmed a woman (in Flipside the chapter "He Turned Sunset into Sunrise") who recounted the same story of knowing him, and his affect on her. I've known this woman for years, and was as startled as she was to learn this detail.

Then I found Dr. Brian Weiss' own experience of remembering a lifetime when he met and dined with Jesus, and then how when he was working on a client under hypnosis the client suddenly announced that "you were there too, Dr. Weiss. On the Via Dolorosa." And Weiss had never told anyone that he remembered being there when Jesus supposedly carried the cross for his own Crucifixion and this man described accurately the color of robe he was wearing (with "orange piping." a small detail, but a detail).

I know at least one Harvard PhD who's working on a book about mediums and their experiences being "contacted by" or working with Jesus. And he's doing so under controlled experiments at his lab as we speak. So we'll see what science has to say about the existence of this "fellow from the Flipside."

So - that Jesus dude gets around.

Whether he's a figment of our imagination, a figment of the collective unconscious, or actually a dude still helping those who cross over and he tells them to come back (as happens often in NDEs) - that remains to be seen.

An awful lot of people from all walks of life claim to have seen him during their near death experience - but always as the fellow who says "It's not your time yet."

He's not reported showing up in people of other faith's NDE's, they appear to have their own avatars who show up to send them back to the planet.

But the bottom line is, research into these accounts hasn't even begun. And that's why I'm  here discussing it. It should begin.

Appearing tonight on Z Talk Radio talking "Flipside"

Allen Warren has me on his Z talk radio show tonight on Warrenxchangeradio at www.ztalkradio.com

Funny thing, we spoke for 3 hours a few weeks ago, and then he emailed me to tell me that somehow the show had disappeared.

"Oh well," I said, "someone on the "Flipside" probably didn't like it."

I was joking, of course.  Like they've got so little to do on the "Flipside" that they'll take the time to hover around and listen to me on the radio.

Be that as it may, he found it - somewhere - and now it lives again.  So tonight at 6 pm Pacific Time, it will be on Z talk radio.  Not sure how long it's going to be, and I'd tune in to listen to myself talk, but then I can do that any old time.

Here's from his Facebook page with links:

It's Finally Here! Our Show with Guest Rich Martini! Author and award winning filmmaker Richard Martini has written and/or directed 9 indie films. A former free lance journalist for Variety, Inc.Com, Premiere and other magazines, a graduate of the Masters of Professional Writing Program at USC, FlipSide: A Tourist's Guide to the Afterlife is his debut non-fiction book on a topic that's been haunting him since the death of a soul mate.
Tonight at 6 pM Pacific/9 PM Eastern Only on ztalkradio.com !!!

So tune in if you'd like to hear the latest from the "Flipside." (or go to Z Talk Radio and find Alan Warren's Show)
