Method Man Releases a Sneak Peak of New Album

Method Man leaked a peak from his forthcoming album, The Meth Lab. The jam features Hanz On and Streetlife.

If this cut is any indication of the forthcoming Album, then I can’t wait. This should be a treat and a half for Golden Era Hip-Hop fans. Without hearing it, I’m gonna go out on a limb and predict that there won’t be any over exaggerated singing on auto-tune going on.

Yes, I’m getting old. Time moves on, but this new Method Man joint could be like a breath of fresh air. Check out the preview of The Meth Lab below via Audiomack.

Common Shooting Barbershop 3 with Ice Cube

Common is doing his thing after his Oscar win. Ice Cube posted a picture on Instagram from the set of the movie Barbershop 3.

Cube posses with Chicago’s own Common, Cedrick the Entertainer, and director Malcolm D. Lee.

The movie is targeted to be on the big screen on February 19, 2016. This adds to a string of upcoming movies for the Hip-Hop legend Common, which includes the supervillan movie Suicide Squad. Fellow Hip-Hop artist turned A-list actor Will Smith will also star in the supervillan movie.

The video for “Bye Felicia” by Drastik on BMSRadiChicago.com. This is generally a good video, that contains reenacted scenes from the movie “Friday” for obvious reasons.

The actress in this video fits the ‘Felicia’ roll perfectly, just like Angela Means Kaaya did in the original movie. She has the appearance of a crackhead, but at the same time it looks like she wouldn’t look have bad after she cleans up and changes into something else.

HOA Bossman releases a new video entitled, “Trust.” He makes it clear that he doesn’t trust anyone. That’s a fact because there are at least four middle fingers tossed up in the first 35 seconds of the video alone.

I ain’t mad at that at all. However, I do feel sorry for the milk crate that HOA Bossman takes his frustration out on. After the beating the poor milk crate took in this video, I’m sure nobody will be storing any cartons of milk in that bad boy. It also won’t be used to carry any vinyl records, or as a low budget basketball rim either. That’s a wrap on that milk crate.

Ty Money – “Robber” @TyMoneySBMG

Gangster Rap from a Chicago artist. Ty Money drops a video for “Robbers.” His mother had herself a robber, and he grew up watching the Mobsters. With a black mask, a black hoody, and a pistol in hand, Ty Money still shops on Michigan Avenue.

The video is straight. Some scenes are illuminated in red, which creates an intense and warm feeling. Makes one really feel like they had better cooperate or run the risk of getting shot.

“Married Man” by Fast Cash @Fash_Cash

Fash Cash with “Married Man” on BMSRadioChicago.com. In this video, Fash Cash looks like she might have a little lisp or something going on. I think it’s sexy. Black and white always make things look more artsy in my opinion.

Mother leaves 8-year-old boy home alone for two days

Kionna Moret was arrested for being stupid and she is also a bad parent.

Sometimes, I look at these situations and try to give the parent the benefit of the doubt. Neighbors and the media tend to overreact sometimes. That’s not the case this trip.

Moret elected to leave her 8-year-old son at home alone for two nights while she traveled out of state to kick it. A concerned neighbor called five-O.

The person who called the cops wishes to remain anonymous. According to Wavey.com, the neighbor noticed her child outside playing with the child that was allegedly abandoned for two days. The woman spoke with the child before she phoned police.

“I looked over at him and said, ‘Hey, is your mom home? I need to talk to her.’ He got very hesitant and I said again, ‘I need to talk to your mother. Is she home?’ He hesitated again and he said ‘no.””

The boy later told the neighbor that his mother left him home while she visited South Carolina for the holiday weekend. The boy allegedly told the neighbor that his mother would return Monday.

“I said, ‘Monday?’ and I said, ‘Who is staying with you?’ He said, ‘Nobody, I’m home alone.’ And then I said, ‘You’re home by yourself?’ He said, ‘Yes, my mom said I was old enough because I took Taekwondo.’”

I’m wondering if she rolled with a dude. If so, he should be locked-up too if I were the judge. I wonder if she came right home once she learned she was in trouble. Or did she just keep on kickin’ it.

Bad move Kionna. 8-year-olds are not old enough to stay home alone for the weekend while you roll to kick it two states away. We know you left pizza and corned beef for the child to eat, but that was a horrible move. Bad parent award all day long.
