Excerpt:

            “So
what happened after you threw up on Tommy’s feet and I made a quick exit?”
Jillian questioned, laughing. “Sorry about that by the way. I felt like if I
started with excuses it would only make it worse.”

Jillian put butter in the pan, rotating
it around as it melted. She cracked two eggs into the hot butter, added salt
and pepper and then she poured a little water from a cup into the pan and put a
lid on it to let the eggs cook.

“I made it to the hall bath for round
two, three, and four. When there was nothing left, I headed to bed. He cleaned
up the entry, thank god. He was either asleep, or pretended to be, and you know
we sleep on our own sides anyway. He was out early this morning so I’ll hear it
tonight. Something to look forward to,” Stella said.

Hardness

Boy in a Band---New Adult/Adult erotica romance                      On Amazon

         “Mathew,”
I breathed out.

My body ached with desire. I rocked on him slightly and then leaned
forward, pressing my lips into his. He pushed his tongue deep in my mouth as he
slipped his fingers under my panties and then into me. I moaned, feeling his
fingers inside me moving side to side. I was beyond excited, I needed him
inside me. I drew his hand up and pulled the panties to one side of my leg. Not
bothering to take them off I guided his hardness into me.

Musty and thick

Casanova Cowboy---a contemporary romance novel                        On Amazon

Walking in, I inhaled oh, yeah,
it smelled like a bar, sort of musty and thick
, and then I took a look
around: it was a long narrow room with an old-fashioned wooden bar against the
right wall. It was lined with barstools, several occupied, all by men. A shuffleboard
table sat against the other wall making the pathway very tight. At the far end
was a wood burning stove with a moose head above it, to the left of that was a
stairway. We followed Pat single file through the room as the men noticeably
checked Liz and I out. Yep, we’re
gonna have a good time.
As Pat started up the worn wooden stairs he turned
around.

Seven women in their mid to late forties.........friendships............READ IT

Excerpt:

Linda remembered a guy from her twenties. What
was his name? Michael she thought, it was Michael something. They met at a
friend’s party and dated a few times. He was good looking, funny, and polite. Linda
was surprised he was single, no ring, no talk of other women. It wasn’t until
after they’d slept together that he told her he was married. His excuse for his
behavior was that he didn’t really love his wife.

Always nice to hear

Name: Nancy Reilly

Comments: Just finished reading "Boy In A Band".....undeniably, the
best book I've ever read. To say I was moved would be an understatement. I
don't think I will ever forget the story and I don't think I will ever be able
to think about Mathew and Morgan without crying. I am inconsolable right
now....that's the extent of the impact it had on me.....and that's a testament
to your incredible storytelling!

Lost shoes

Casanova Cowboy--a contemporary romance novel (sequel to Boy in a Band)

Excerpt:

Pat picked up the pitcher and filled my empty glass. He poured slowly,
just leaving a little foam at the top.

      “Remember Melanie’s wedding?” I asked. “I didn’t stay with Gayle; I
actually stayed with Mathew.”

I took a sip of my beer and waited. We had always been close, shared
all our secrets.

“No way,” he spit out. “Like together, you slept with him?”

I smiled. Pat knew enough about Mathew and me to figure it out.

“Sounds like Miss Goody Two Shoes hasn’t been so good lately, crashing
into a telephone pole, and then cheating on her boyfriend. The shoes get lost
or something?” he asked, chuckling.

Go away

            “What
do you talk about then?” Gayle asked.

“We talk about the band, music. We
talk about friends, school, getting high, lots of things.”

            “Sex?”

“Of course, that always comes up,” I
said.

“Is that what you want from him?”

“So bad it hurts at times,” I
answered.

“Morgan, if it gets that hot between
the two of you, why doesn’t he want to date you?”

            “Maybe he’s afraid,” I said.

           “Shut
up. Afraid of what?”

            The sun
was hot on us as we walked along the sidewalk. A bird chirped loudly, but I
couldn’t find it.

“That I would go away like the rest
of them; how should I know.”

Marg's

“You
make the best margaritas.”

“It’s
the limes. I’ve told you that. You need lots of real limes,” Jillian said.

“I’ll
just come drink them at your house,” Stella snickered.

“That’s
okay by me. You and margaritas will always remind me of that night I drove you
home after you got so loaded and you threw up at Tommy’s feet. Hard to believe it’s
almost been a year since you started talking to me about leaving him,” Jillian
chuckled.

Stella
laughed a long, hard laugh. Jillian watched as Stella’s nose wrinkled and her
eyes watered slightly, she loved her laugh.

“Oh
god, that was awful. The whole thing was awful. Marriage, divorce, never having
an orgasm,” Stella continued.

Jillian
couldn’t help but laugh. How Stella had gone twenty years without one
dumbfounded Jillian.

Music to my ears

He laughed, and it felt like music to my ears. When we
fell into bed, he pulled me to him, pressing our bodies together. He was ready
to go, but he took his time, massaging my back, feeling my body, making me wild
with desire. Our breathing was coming in gasps before he finally rolled on top
of me. I wrapped my legs around him, my heels pressed into his backside as he
entered me.

“Oh, Ryan, make love to me,” I moaned.
