I thoroughly enjoyed it, and think Loomis did an excellent job. The writing was superb, really sucked me in and didn't let me go until the very last page. I can't say that about too many other books that I have read. Yes, I was brought to the edge and thrown off as well. But I didn't mind that. It brought a ton of emotions to me, and helped me to escape my own little reality for awhile. I was so engrossed, I finished in a day (stayed up all night until I was done).

I felt SO connected to the main characters, that I am kind of sad right now that the book is over. I feel like I grew to actually know them, and now they are gone. Can't believe how well written they were. This is definitely not your average romance novel. There is so much more to it. I don't want to give too much away, but I will say that I think everyone needs to read it, especially if you are a fan of this genre.

It’s an emotional roller coaster that will leave you with a book hangover like you’ve never experienced before. Oh, and before you begin reading make sure you have a box of tissues by your side! I really enjoyed the fact that book was set in the 70’s and 80’s – being born in the 90’s this was a unique read for me. I spent the entire book rooting for Matthew and really loved following Morgan on her train ride of messy decisions. Highly recommended read!
