Typically if I haven't written it is because I didn't sit down to do the work, not because I am blocked.

When working a story out, if I have any problems finding the right course for the characters, going for a walk or a drive helps me get away from the work and gives me an open mind for the direction of the story line. (less)

Real life is going to work out how it works out, and it is nice to have control over the lives of my characters. Joel Osteen
“You must make a decision that you are going to move on. It wont happen automatically. You will have to rise up and say, ‘I don’t care how hard this is, I don’t care how disappointed I am, I’m not going to let this get the best of me. I’m moving on with my life.”

“If you have wonderful moments, don't second-guess them, just enjoy them.”
Martin Short

Leo Tolstoy
“I was wrong when I said that I did not regret the past. I do regret it; I weep for that past love which can never return. Who is to blame, I do not know. Love remains, but not the old love; its place remains, but it all wasted away and has lost all strength and substance; recollections are still left, and gratitude; but...”
