Kirryn Lia Todd is a caffeinated selkie, a magical realist, a sea witch, and a Scots-Australian indie writer. She spends most of her time meandering through words and collecting the prettiest ones in a blue glass jar. When she isn't writing, she can be found by the ocean or at her university. Admittedly, sometimes still writing.

Her works include Beautiful Wasteland, a novel about pretend deserts and sunsets and falling in love, and Ascent, a story about mad people, demons, and music.
