This summer I'm looking forward to reading From Holmes to Sherlock by Mattias Bostrom, a study of how Sherlock Holmes became a modern icon of detective fiction. I'm also going to be reading The Lake, the latest Scandinavian Noir offering from Lotte and Soren Hammer, and Fateful Mornings by Tom Bouman. Watch for my reviews when these books publish this summer!(less)

I think readers will find the new characters in this series very likeable.(less)
