Some short stories written by Jan Christensen began to appear in print magazines in the mid-to-late-90s. By this century, more appeared in both print and ezines, and now her list of published stories is over fifty. She‘s been nominated for two Derringer Awards, and one story from Hardluck Stories has been published in an anthology edited by Dave Zeltserman and Ed Gorman titled, On Dangerous Ground.

In 2004, one of her novels, Sara’s Search, was published and is now available on Kindle. She‘s also had several non-fiction articles published and writes a regular column about reading in Mysterical-e called Reading for Smarties.

Second person viewpoints were difficult, very difficult. For two sections, it took a while to figure how who "you" was. Just annoying and unnecessary.

Jan I was glad to find you here, Beth. I know we "run intd" each other lots of places on line, but don't interact that much, which is too bad. I love Colorado, BTW--lived there for two years in Colorado Springs back in the 1960s. I see we've read a lot of the same books and often rated them the same. I still need to add a lot. I hope you have continued good luck with your writing career. I'm testing out the indie waters.
