Homophobic Men Most Aroused by Gay Male Porn | Psychology Today

They did tests by showing various types of porn to subjects who had already gone through questionaires to determine their sexual comfort zones. The result was that men who are the most homophobic are actually the ones most turned on by men having sex. Straight men who don't feel anything special about gays aren't really interested at all.

Now we know why the most anti-gay preachers and politicians tend to be caught with a male prostitute sooner or later.

When viewing lesbian sex and straight...

BBC News – Kepler 22-b: Earth-like planet confirmed

Time to build that generation ship!

Astronomers have confirmed the existence of an Earth-like planet in the "habitable zone" around a star not unlike our own.

The planet, Kepler 22-b, lies about 600 light-years away and is about 2.4 times the size of Earth, and has a temperature of about 22C.

It is the closest confirmed planet yet to one like ours – an "Earth 2.0″.

However, the team does not yet know if Kepler 22-b is made mostly of rock, gas or liquid.

Teens Gone Wild on the Net! Or NOT!

Really interesting study. In fact, they pretty much proved that most of the media's claims about teens going wild on the internet are total BS!

In the current study, just 2% of all teens ages 12-17 say they have sent a "sexually suggestive nude or nearly nude photo or video" of themselves to someone else. That represents 3% of all teen cell users and has remained stable since 2009 when 4% of teen cell users answered a similar question.46 A much larger segment of the teen population – 16% of...

Anxious publishers watch Indigo makeover – thestar.com

Ahh, capitalism in it's purest form. Take a good idea, pump it up, and run it into the ground after you've destroyed all the competition.

Say what you will about government regulation of industry, it promotes stability, whereas capitalism promotes chaos and short-term profits over long-term benefits.

In case you're wondering what I'm babbling on about- the Chapters/Indigo bookstore chain here in Canada more or less destroyed our entire small bookstore ecosystem a number of years ago (London...

Costumes and Gimmicks at Nanning Middle School Sports Meet in China

This looks like a lot of fun! Aren't our high schools supposed to be the ones teaching creativity? Why aren't we doing this? Looks like China is catching up with the West in other departments as well!
