Music Monday moves with @Pink
May is supposed to be the month of summer, which means lots of fun in the sun.
Although … yesterday, we had frost, snow, and hail all before noon!
We’ve had ever-changing weather. Hopefully, warmer temperatures prevail.
This upbeat song by P!nk is part of my weekly Body Tone yoga regime. It makes me move and it’s sure to make you move too.
Enjoy and have a great week!

Eden’s Exchange talks to author Brenda Perlin (@BrooklynandBo)
I’m very excited to introduce author, Brenda Perlin. When I first connected with her, I admit she intimidated me … just a little. She was well read, übercool, and she had a wonderful network of friends and authors. Add to that — she is an incrediblybeautiful woman, both inside and out.
Her bookLA Punk Rockerisranked as the #1 BEST SELLER in both the PUNK andPHOTOJOURNALISM categories. I learned so much about the punk era by reading it.
I’m thrilled to finally have the opportunity to interview...

Eden’s Exchange talks to musical artist Voyce* (@voyceproduction)
It’s always a pleasure when serendipity plays a role in connecting me to incredible people. Not long ago, I made a comment on Facebook in response to a certain … umm … presidential candidate. My comment was something like “Wow, that’s crazy!” accompanied by a cartoon face that expressed the sentiment.
Little did I know I posted that comment on the wrong thread. It landed on a post about musician and songwriter Voyce*, whom Casey Ryan, creator of the popular podcast, The Cutting Room Floor was...

Music Monday moves with Pearl Jam
One thing I’ve never been able to do well while exercising is breathe.
It’s an innate physiological process, but when I’m told to take a deep inhale, I find it difficult to do.Yoga has helped me breathe deeper and stronger.
In keeping with my current theme of Moving to music,I want to slow the pace down this week with this beautiful Pearl Jam song.
Sometimes, it’s wonderful to “Just Breathe.”
Have a great week,

Music Monday and Little Red Corvette ~ #RIP #Prince
Last week was a tough one for the music world — again. We lost another innovative, larger-than-life artist.
Prince has worn many hats over the years, including singer-songwriter,multi-instrumentalist,record producer, and film director.
As a musician, he was impossible to define. Even his passion for the colour purple and adoption of a symbol as his new name could not detract from his music. Whether he played rock, pop, or funk, he was the consummate performer.
There was no other musical artis...

Eden’s Exchange talks to author @PeterCBradbury
As with many authors I’ve interviewed, I met Peter C. Bradbury through social media and later, we found ourselves as part of the same writing groups.
It’s always interesting to learn from other writers, and I’m sure you will enjoy Peter’s insight. He’s anEnglishman now living in California, and he is passionate about his causes, which include: animal cruelty, hunting for fun, bullying, and human trafficking.
Read more about this talented author and see what he has to offer.

PUPPY LOVE ~ A story for @RBwood’s #WordCountPodcast
You can also hear me read this story on: Episode #56 of R.B. Wood’s “The Word Count” podcast.
The prompt asked that we write a story based on three words:
Cat | Dawn | Flower
I couldn’t come up with a cat story, so I did a different take on the prompt. It’s partly inspired by real events and my own mixed feelings about owning a pet.
