Natsuya uesugi is a systems analyst, former White Hat hacker, author and manga artist with an MBA in International Management and a minor in Japanese. He has a BA in English and studied animation, acting and game design in Art School. He is author of the cyberpunk "grydscaen" novels about hackers against the government. His grydscaen series, likened to works by Philip K Dick and Wiliam Gibson, has been called "a gritty techo thriller, as dark as it gets" and been compared to The Matrix, Blade Runner, Ghost in the Shell, and Akira. In addition, he is author of the YA dark fantasy trilogy "The Seer of Grace and Fire" and is mangaka of the YA yaoi novellas and manga "graphic noiz."
