Hi, I’m Brian Knack. I use the more formal “Brian L. Knack” on my stories and books.

I’ve been reading and writing since I can remember. I wrote, or should I say drew, my first story when I was 10. I would create these sci-fi stories in my head and then would draw them out on paper. God only knows how much loose-leaf, graph and construction paper I went through. My teachers all thought I was lazy and a dreamer – they were half right. I actually wrote my first story when my 10th grade English teacher, Mr. Grossman, had us read Animal farm and then asked us to write a short story continuation of it. I think it was only a thousand words or so but I still remember that it really sparked writing in me.

EXCELLENT! the entire Ender Quartet was some great Science Fiction. I only wish OSC would have done more with the Descolada planet and the Descoladores. The molecular/RNA language seemed quite interesting.
