As part of the bless 'learn2lead' weekend we watched this short talk this afternoon from Tim Berners Lee, known as the father of the web. Given just last month, the talk is a powerful insight into the impact of 'crowd sourcing' on web applications. Crowd Sourcing turns authority inside out, decentralising truth and recognising the wide dispersal of gifting. Interstingly, the New Testament has its own word for htis phenomenon. TAIZE BY SJAAK… our friend Sjaak from Amsterdam is at Bethanie this weekend to help us with some filming of the house and ministry.. I happened to notice some great pictures on his laptop from Taize. He too kthem earlier this year on his phone.  I love the colours and passion of these images. Prayer is so much more than words. Had dinner at the House of commons Dining Room on Monday - great experience. I was embarassed to be wearing the wrong shoes as I had gone to the troulbe of putting on a suit and they really didn't go with it. Partway through my lightly grilled plaice, I noticed Honourable Members at the adjacent table staring and pointing at the floor. Had they rumbled my innapropriate footwear? Not at all, as it turned out. But they had spotted a mouse, who was merrily scurrying from table to table munching ...
