Okay, the first time I posted this, Tumblr utterly ignored everything I typed and just posted the defaults. Let’s hope this doesn’t happen again??

It’ll be a chill stream this afternoon with more WarioWare and another mysterious GBA game that may have been released to the WiiU Virtual Console rather recently.

After this stream I’m pretty much locking myself into You Suck/Slipshine work for a while.

So here’s what I’ve been working on for the past 72 hours…

 While it still needs a bit of cleaning and tweaking, it’s mostly for things that aren’t apparent at a lower resolution, so this image will mostly be what the print will look like!

The bats under the Congress Bridge are one of the more significant parts of the Austin experience, with crowds of people gathering every Spring and Summer night to watch thousands of these suckers emerge from underneath, as they go forth to feast on bugs. It really is quite a fun spectacle.

For this print, I could have drawn a happy image of Anna surrounded by penises or something, but I figured I should go with something people could hang up on their wall without feeling TOO awkward… so an iconic Austin scene would be pretty nice. And as the idea of Izzy hanging with the Austin bats entered my head, I instantly knew it had to be done. Even though it meant having to sit and draw a scene that was a BIT more complicated than what I’m used to!

The print will be about 16”x9” (the exact final measurements TBD but it won’t be far off), limited to a run of 20, each signed and numbered on glossy paper.

The new tier is now up on the Kickstarter page. It can be backed for $40. Head there now and get it while you can!

Now that this print is finally done, finishing the next Slipshine story is the top priority, and expect some live streams and backer-only previews on this goodie.

I'm sorry if you get asked this a lot, but is You Suck finished? I'm just curious cause I happen to love your webcomics. Hell, I still read Girly like once a year.

Ohh it’s not finished. I’m just extremely bad at multitasking, so I’m unable to work on the comic itself while I work on putting together its book, manning the kickstarter, and drawing the third Slipshine story.

Once a couple of these tasks are out of the way, I’ll be able to get back on it. ETA? I’ll say early May for now!
