It's a vampire novel, which is partly why I'm having difficulty working on it. I'm so tired of the whole vampire thing, so naturally my brain said "Hey, you know what would be a great idea? VAMPIRE STORY!" I hate my brain sometimes.
Though I quite like the story itself, I'm having difficulty getting past the whole 'it's a vampire story' issue. It's quite frustrating. Hopefully I'll have it finished before the end of this year so I can publish in 2015.(less)

This book is a fantastic conclusion to The Provost's Dog series. As with the other books, Pierce writes a compelling protagonist, who is clever, dutiful, and so, so determined. I love Beka with all my heart.

Well, I feel so rude! I didn't even see this comment until now!

To sheepishly answer (and beg forgiveness for the gross oversight), it is extremely cool! The new season has just started, and I go again this Sunday. I am so very lucky to be in an area where I can do all these amazing things.

The blog entry is titled "The Man was Born to War." Feel free to comment if you like!

I've finished the book and have it submitted to a publisher. Waiting to hear from them at the moment.

Do you have a blog? What is your focus?
