I'm a writer and editor living in Minneapolis. My day job is as a digital producer at The Current, Minnesota Public Radio's station for new music. I'm also a co-founder of The Tangential. I'm the theater critic at City Pages, and I contribute to Artforum.com as well as other publications. Books I've written, co-written, or co-edited include Sexts from the Sea (2016), The Summer of 40 (2015), Bright Lights, Twin Cities (2014), Future Cities (2013), Sociology for Dummies (2010), Insiders' Guide to the Twin Cities (2010), and Reconstructing the University (2006). I'm on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram, and Snapchat — where you can probably figure out how to find me. Gmail: jaygabler.

It's handy to have Cavan Scott's audio script between hard covers, because there's a lot of Star Wars prequel backstory packed into it. Also, now we know the name of Darth Skrye...but who is she? 🤔 Thank you Random House for the free book.
