I Think This Means The Terrorists Have Won
This is a shot of the top of Google News right now.
If korans are burned in Florida by some moron preacher, the terrorists will get new recruits.
If the Ground Zero Mosque is moved in New York, the terrorists will get new recruits.
In other words, we either bow to the demands and wishes of radical Islamists or else.
This is madness. No. This is Barack Obama's America.
You Cannot Win With These People
The Ground Zero Mosque Imam has decided to hold the nation hostage to his mosque.
According to him in an interview with CNN, if we do not build the mosque at ground zero it will jeopardize our national security.
If some nut in Florida burns korans? Our national security is hurt.
If we don't build a mosque? Our national security is hurt.
Seriously?
Oh, but he is considering moving the mosque. It's just that if his mosque doesn't get built we'll be in a heap of trouble. Oh, and if it does get...
As You Wake Up This Morning
Consider these points:
(1) Just a few short weeks ago, Democrats were complaining that Republicans would rather talk about the Ground Zero Mosque than jobs. It's gotten so bad for Democrats, they'd now rather talk about John Boehner's tan than jobs.
(2) Speaking of John Boehner, make no mistake that George Stephanapoulous remains a partisan hack. We know from the Politico that he has regular phone calls with Rahm Emanuel. So it comes as no surprise that he started questioning John Boehner ...

Be Careful What You Wish For
Tom Daschle's son says Rick Scott is the Democrats' dream candidate in Florida.
"We couldn't have asked for a better candidate to run against, simply because Rick scott I think represents all that is going on in the Republican party right now and has a very clear contrast with Alex Sink."
He ought to be careful what he wishes for.
The Democrats said the same thing about Rand Paul in Kentucky who is now 15 points ahead of his Democratic rival.
The Democrats said the same thing about Ken Buck in C...
David Petraeus And The Koran Burnings
David Petraeus is right.
That church burning the korans in Florida will incite muslims to kill Americans, particularly American soldiers.
Why? Well, in part, because David Petraeus and the media have decided to magnify the event and guarantee it'll be featured on the front page of every major newspaper in the Middle East.
Ramzy Kilic of the Council on American-Islamic Relations surprisingly sounds wisest here:
"He just wants to provoke the Muslim community," he said. "Why give him attention? No...
Mayberry Throws Andy Griffith Out of Office
Just how bad is it for Democrats? Were an election held in Mayberry, Sheriff Andy would be toast.
That's right — Andy Griffith, chief North Carolina closer for the Democratic Party has seen his popularity crash 25%. Why?
He volunteered to be the face of Obamacare.
In July he cut an ad for the U.S. government promising "good things" to come from the Democratic-backed health care law. The ad prompted five Republican U.S. senators to accuse the Obama administration of using taxpayer money to...
Harry Reid's Job Review
Harry Reid is saying he had nothing to do with the 14% unemployment in Nevada.
But back in June, Reid was bragging about creating jobs.
Now Harry Reid says, "My job is to create jobs."
So we have the Majority Leader of the United States Senate say it is his job to create jobs. The same man also says the lack of jobs is not his fault. And the state he represents in Congress has the highest unemployment in the state.
It appears Mr. Reid wants all the credit, none of the blame, and has nothing t...
A Few More Thoughts on Delaware
i wrote multiple times in my post the other day that I still want Christine O'Donnell to win the Delaware Primary, and I do.
See for example this line:
"I wish Christine O'Donnell the best. I'd rather her than Castle."
and this line:
"I want Christine O'Donnell to win."
Nonetheless, many people read my prior post as a decision to support Castle, which I made absolutely clear it was not. In light of recent events, I want to add a few more thoughts.
