I'm still working on the fourth and final Natta Magus novel, but it's going really slow, like GRRM slow. That's mostly because my 2018 creative juices wanted me to write short stories and RPG modules. I'm particularly excited about the RPG module, as it was officially contracted by a somewhat popular RPG publisher that wields a +5 Agreement of Non-Disclosure. That'll come out late winter or early spring.(less)

Natta is certainly "leveling up" in this one: Whereas the first book had him saving Rome's frontier, and the second had him saving Rome itself, this one has him dealing with a worldwide threat. He's certainly missing his quaint little shop on the Aventine Hill when all he had to do was find missing heirlooms and pets.(less)

The End is Here!

No, not the end of handshaking. It’s the end of the Journals of Natta Magus! Been a long time coming, but NATTA MAGUS, the fourth and final book in the series, is now published.

Natta has seen and done a lot in ancient Rome after he got stuck there, but nothing has prepared him for the decision he must face in this last book.

Here’s the blurb:

Natta Magus has a chance to do the one thing he’s want
