We've really enjoyed the latest episodes of Happy Herbivore Live. Pam completely changed her left over the course of a year and you'll be amazed everything she gets done before 8 AM.

Bev's weight loss results on the Blueprint are really impressive.

Lindsay Nixon is 65% done with Sometimes I Lie: Well this is getting verrry interesting.

I’ve been mildly confused the entire time... thinking I must not be paying close enough attention and then a few chapters ago I was wondering if I was being setup... oh damn, assumptions are traps!

“If we really want to have authentic connections with others, then we need to talk about two kinds of psychological baggage we tend to carry around, which make us completely self-conscious about our capacity to connect with people: (1) guilt about how we’ve let others down, and (2) resentment about being let down by others in the past.”

Lindsay Nixon Thxx Lindsey!! (great name by the way... wink)

Lindsey Hi Lindsay! Thanks so much for adding me! Can't wait for your cookbook to come out. I just recommended it to a couple of my friends on here who hadn't heard of it yet, and they are very interested in it :) I'm also Lindsey_ on Twitter if you remember me from several months back. I've been taking a long break from there.
