Day 21 – Favorite book from your childhood
I read this book when I was twelve. My first 'grown up' book. I discovered it at the library and I ended up stealing it on my last day of school because the librarian wouldn't sell it to me. I thought 70 cents was a fair price for a book that was 30 years old. I mean...seriously? It's the story about this group of kids that find an old abandoned house and they decide to turn it into a clubhouse and they store all their precious collectibles in the house. Their parents want them to get rid of their comic books, stuffed animals, model airplanes and other stuff so they decided to do something about it. Except that there's a secret in the house and they will soon find out who the house belongs to. :) It's a great little book. And in case you're wondering I still have it. The book is one of my little treasures. One of the few things I still have from my childhood and I will never ever get rid of it. EVER.
