James 1:22 (NKJV) –But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
A TIME TO HEAR AND HEEDWe are not only here to preach or teach the word of God, but we are here to walk out what the Bible says to do. Our lives should reflect the word of God being lived through our actions. We are here to be stable during the times of instability. Having a foundation deeply rooted in the word of God will allow you to be able to endure through the trials that you face with grace and humility and that is what will draw people to the Lord.
Psalm 32:8-9 8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye. 9 Do not be like the horse or like the mule, which have no understanding, which must be harnessed with bit and bridle, Else they will not come near you.
You can get still and small and you can hear the still small voice of the word of God as described in 1 Kings 19:12 (NKJV), “And after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire, and after the fire a still small voice.” If you’re going to seek after God, then you must want more of Him. Blessed is those who hunger and thirst after righteousness for they shall be filled.
Declaration: I declare in the Mighty Name of Jesus that I have a readiness to hear Your voice and a readiness to heed Your voice. Help me Lord to find You even in my busy places, help me to hear the music and recognize Your greatness in my life, that I will not only read the Word but use the Word and trust in the Word.

James 1:21 (NKJV) –Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.
LIVING LIFE FORWARDGod’s role as a Creator is not a done deal. He is still the Creator – still active in His creation and eager to participate with us. He goes, naturally and supernaturally, creating beautiful things for us to step into. But what He prepares for us must be pursued and partnered with.
Luke 18:27 (NKJV) But He said, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.”
Psalm 34:8: “Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who trusts in Him.”
Give the Lord full permission to make you the best you can be. Ask God for a vision to see the next step beyond your immediate circumstances. A place or territory He wants you to step into with trust in Him. Invite others in this adventure of pursuing greatness in God. Invite them to receive Jesus in their hearts and come on the great pilgrimage with you.
DECLARATION: I will accept the life God has for me. I will lay aside every weight and sin that so easily beset us and run the race set before me. Looking to Jesus, who is the author and finisher of our faith.

Exodus 1:20(NKJV) –Therefore God dealt well with the midwives, and the people multiplied and grew very mighty.
FAITH OVER FEARThis morning, I would like to share a story about Shiphrah and Puah, two Hebrew midwives who were blessed for denying the Egyptian Pharaoh his request.
We all know the story of how the Pharaoh threw all the baby boys into the river, but today, we need to give attention to two God-fearing women who stood their ground. Shiphrah and Puah knew that it was better to risk their lives with the Pharaoh than it was to disobey God, and because they stayed fearful of a faithful God, He blessed them.
My friends, we will face very challenging moments as we wait for the arrival of King Jesus, and we may be put in compromising positions, but keep your trust in the Lord. God will bring you through whatever scheme the enemy throws at you as you walk in obedience to His Word. Remember, the Lord has fully equipped you for the task ahead.
Heavenly Father, I now pray for You to fill me with Your faithfulness. Please let the mustard seed in me grow into a strong tree deeply rooted in You and the promises of Your Word. Fill me with the courage and boldness to keep Your commands no matter the cost. Please perfect Your love in me so that fear has no place.
Declaration: I declare in Jesus’ Mighty Name that I have committed my ways to You. Lord God, Carry out Your plan for my life! From this day forward, I will only have the fear of the Lord existing inside of me.

Jeremiah 1:19 (NKJV) ” They will fight against you, but they shall not prevail against you. For I am with you,” says the Lord, “to deliver you.”
ANOINTED & APPOINTED – KINGDOM YOUTHGod called Jeremiah to be a Prophet to the nations and particularly a Prophet to the tribe of Judah. Jeremiah was only 17 years old and did not think God could use him. He told God he was too young and could not speak for him. God told Jeremiah not to say those words and that he must go wherever he sent him and say whatever he told him to say. He instructed him not to be afraid of the people.
Many of the youth are called by God just as Jeremiah was called. The safest place for them is in the center of God’s perfect will for their lives. Many of these young people are crying out and not getting God’s vision for their lives. The enemy is happy to show them and get them actively involved in the devil’s plan for their lives. The devil’s plan will surely lead them to death and destruction.
God has a great future and plan for all our youth. Untap the hidden gifting and abilities and see God make the younger generation great! God may allow them to solve a complicated problem in our world today. How amazing it is to see a young person grow up to be all that God has created them to be!
Declaration: I am not going to protect my children from God. I am going to encourage them and guide them on God’s best path for their lives.

1 Corinthians 1:18(NKJV) –For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved, it is the power of God.
GOD’S GREATEST GIFTPaul is speaking to the church at Corinth about the redeeming quality of Jesus’ blood that was spilled for you and me. We believers are given a life more abundantly than non-believers. Even in your struggles, you have the inner peace of God that allows you to walk through those struggles into the next season of light and abundance.
My Friends, have you ever had that friend who says they are a “Christian,” yet they still live in their sin-filled state of life? I have and let me tell you, I am so grateful King Jesus loved me so much He died before I was even formed in my Momma’s womb!
Living in abundance does not mean you have expensive houses, cars, or shoes! It means that no matter your circumstance, Jesus has already brought you through it and into your next season. Man, that is so good!
Non-believers need to know the valid message of the cross, so they do not perish into the pit of hell. It is your duty and mine to be the ones to share the gospel and let the world know that King Jesus is risen from the dead and death has no power over Him or those He laid His life down for.
Take comfort in knowing that no matter how your life is going right now, Jesus already knows the outcome and is in the trenches with you to help you move out of the foolish mindset into the mindset that no matter what, YOU have been given a great gift from God – His only begotten Son!
Declaration: I will never forget the message of the cross and praise King Jesus daily for willingly laying down His life for me. Thank you, Jesus, for your selfless act of love!

WHAT DOES VICTORY LOOK LIKE

17-Overcoming Victory
James 1:17 (NKJV) –Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
WHAT DOES VICTORY LOOK LIKE
Victory is a gift paid by the blood for us at Calvary.
God is the source of everything good in our life. Every good gift comes from our Heavenly Father. He gives perfect gifts. When we acknowledge His role in all we have, we tend to develop the best defense against pride and fear, and that’s humble dependence on Him.
Why, may you ask, that we can count on the Lord to continue to provide for us? The answer is that there is no variation in Him. He is loving and faithful to supply what we need. He will never change. He is always dependable. He is the same yesterday, today, and always. Surrendering to God is beautiful and brings forth victory. Rededicate your heart and life to loving, following, and obeying King Jesus.
1 John 5:4 (NKJV) For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.
According to Strong’s Concordance, the Greek word we translate into English as “overcomer” is Nikao. It means “one who prevails, conquers, and gets the victory over.”
1 Corinthians 15:57 (NKJV) But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 6:13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
1 Corinthians 15:58 (NKJV) Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
Fight from a place of victory. When you think of victory, what does it look like to you? Look in the mirror, and you will see victory! YOU are what victory looks like because you have the Holy Spirit living within you and King Jesus’ blood covering you.
The Lord says you already have the victory! Stand still and see the salvation of Heaven’s hosts. Just wait and see. Your enemy will fall into their trap, and you will see them no more. May we shout for joy over your victory in the name of our God and set up our banners! May the Lord fulfill all your petitions!
Declaration: I am a victor, not a victim. Jesus has already won the victory. I will stand steadfast and will put on the whole armor of God.

Romans 1:16 (NKJV) –For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
I AM NOT ASHAMEDThe gift of realness. I only want to believe what is true.
1 Peter 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear.
The devil is always trying to build a case against Christ. It is up to us – the people of God – to always have a compelling case for Christ ready.
YOUR CASE FOR CHRIST HAS TO DO WITH YOUR TESTIMONY!
Psalms 119:46 I will speak of Your testimonies also before kings, And will not be ashamed.
Romans 1:16-17 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
Just as these three scriptures above express, if you know the facts, you can defend your faith with confidence. Seeing the evidence of God is a choice every person makes. Since seeing the evidence of God is a choice made in the heart of every living person, it is a sinful and pointless exercise of futility to argue the existence of God!
God understands that fact and He does not waste His breath arguing His existence because His very name is ‘I AM THAT I AM.” Do you know what, God has programmed your heart to long for Him; He has programmed your mind to search for Him; and He has programmed your body to sense His presence. What an amazing blessing God has given to us. Even all creation in this world is living proof of testament to our amazing God.
Declaration: I declare in the Mighty Name of Jesus that I am strong in the Lord and His might. I will forever declare that My Redeemer LIVES!

BLESSINGS INSTEAD OF CURSES

Obadiah 1:15 (NKJV) “For the day of the Lord upon all the nations is near; As you have done, it shall be done to you; Your reprisal shall return upon your own head.”
BLESSINGS INSTEAD OF CURSES
My friends, God has a perfect plan for you to live here on earth. When you follow the plan and walk in the fear of the Lord, your return is great and full of blessings immeasurable. Nevertheless, adopting a constant offensive and defensive approach throughout life may yield significant results, but such returns are not considered favorable as blessings are not bestowed upon the rebellious. He curses them.
Genesis 49:25 (NKJV): By the God of your father who will help you, and by the Almighty who will bless you with blessings of heaven above, Blessings of the deep that lies beneath, Blessings of the breasts and of the womb.
Look at what we are told in Genesis 49:25 and all those blessings God is giving. That blessing you see is what you can have when you are obedient to the Father and treat others as you would have them treat you. Obedience is honorable to the Lord. When you honor God, He blesses you in abundance! Now, take a look at what Samuel is saying to King Saul:
1 Samuel 15:23 (NKJV): For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you from being king.”
Just as Samuel told King Saul, God will treat you just like King Saul today if you decide to disobey Him and walk in rebellion by being mean to others and only worrying about yourself. I don’t know about you, but I sure don’t want that curse on MY head, and you shouldn’t either. Life is much better when you trust in God and follow His plan laid out from the beginning of time. I double-dog dare you to do it.
Declaration: I shall only do good for the people I meet from this day forward. Dear God, please help me to honor You in all the days of my life by honoring those I meet!

14-Generational Promises and The Fear of The Lord
Revelation 1:14 (NKJV) – His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire.
JESUS IS COMING BACK AS THE WARRIORThe Prophetic Promise: Our Redeemer will win the Ultimate War on our behalf! Look Up, Behold The Archer of Heaven!
In Revelation 6:2 the Messiah is prophesied as an archer and a man of great warfare who is not afraid to deal with the enormous problem of the scorpion (death). He is seen as a man of war on a horse, and His arrow is pointed directly at the heart of the scorpion. He is strong, full of grace, and dual-natured. This is the King of Kings, as seen in Revelation, coming to conquer death.
And I looked, and behold, a white horse. He who sat on it had a bow, and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer.
~Revelation 6:2
A strong bow represents a covenant, and in part four of our dramatic promise of redemption, we see He will keep His promises. I set My (rain)bow in the cloud, which shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth. A bow and arrow prophetically represent deliverance.
And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald. ~REVELATION 4:3 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to everyone according to his work.” ~Revelation 22:12
As everything is coming to a climax in the book of Revelation, God has a message/warning to the churches and the people all over the world. Take heed to His message from the stars and the Bible. You need to always be looking up because the sky is not falling, the King is coming!
Declaration: I declare that I will always remember the sacrifice Jesus made for me so I can have a relationship with the Father for the everlasting.

THE MESSAGE OF THE CROSS

1 Corinthians 1:13-15 (NKJV) –Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul? 14 I thank God that I baptized none of you except Crispus and Gaius, 15 lest anyone should say that I had baptized in my own name.
THE MESSAGE OF THE CROSSPaul relied on the power of the Holy Spirit. He did this so that you would not trust in human wisdom but in the power of God. The mystery of God was previously hidden even though he made it for our ultimate glory before the world began. The rulers had not understood it, if they did, they would not have crucified our glorious Lord.
1 Corinthians 1:17-18 (NKJV) 17 For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel, not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of no effect. 18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
God has made the wisdom of this world look foolish. Since God, in His wisdom, saw to it that the world would never know Him through human wisdom.
Some preaching today is very religious or legalistic, and void of the Spirit. God never intended his churches to be like this. Through the preaching of the gospel, we are supposed to see the transforming power of God at work in people’s lives.
Paul was really bothered by the people putting some importance on him about baptism and trying to say he baptized them when their focus should be on Jesus and their walk with Him.
Water baptism is the next step after you receive Jesus in your heart. This is a public confession of your faith and commitment to Jesus. The old life is left in the water, and you rise to a new life in Christ Jesus. This is the life you will live out going forward.
Deuteronomy 7:9 (NKJV) “Therefore know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments.”
Because of the manifest presence of Jesus, your end will be a new beginning for multitudes! You will never be the same after this experience with God! Our God is Great!
Declaration: I will publicly confess the Lord Jesus as my Savior. I will publicly follow my confession with the water baptism and lead a life committed to Him.
