Rochester, NY
Eoin and I had a high old time in Rochester, New York, where we were treated like two kings by our friends at the libraries there. Never have two authors had so many delicious doughnuts. Afterwards we took a small plane to Washington, and Eoin had difficulty fitting through the cabin door.

US Tour Begins!
I flew into Boston on Saturday afternoon, and had a great evening exploring the Massachusetts countryside, with excursions to eat apple cider donuts and stroll beside the sea. The next day saw a fantastic opening event at Wellesley, with Rick Riordan chatting to Eoin Colfer and me. It’s always a delight to hear other writers talk about their books, and when they’re as entertaining as Rick and Eoin, the allotted hour just flew by. Eoin and I then stayed over in Boston before heading over to New York State the following day…
