“The greatest help oft comes in harm's disguise, to those with trusting hearts and open eyes.”
William D. Burt

“Good day to you, Sister," Gannon grunted, gritting his teeth and clenching the reins in a white-knuckled grip. "May you live to see your great-grandchildren, and may your eyes never grow dim!" Rolin stifled a snicker. His spinster aunt was childless, and her eyesight was poor from years of needlework.”
William D. Burt, The King of the Trees

“Fetch me the money box and some punkwood, will you, my boy?" Gannon asked him, licking the honey from his plate. (I fear table manners in the cabin-indeed, all manners-had suffered since Gannon and his son had been left to themselves.)”

That's a good idea, RedwallCrazy. I'll have to work on that.

William Well, aren't you the clever one! I really like your quiz, RedwallCrazy. I even took it. I got one wrong! (On #2, I was thinking of Rolin in the present, when Bembor is his grandfather by marriage.) I did find some misspellings:

"Soris" should be "soros";

"Emer" should be "Emmer";

"Gorgerunth" should be "Gorgorunth";

"Golgunther" should be "Golgunthor."

I don't know how to make those corrections, so I guess you'll have to make them yourself.

Thanks so much for spicing up the Goodreads site with this quiz. You are my #1 fan, RedwallCrazy! God bless you!

Redwallcrazy I made a King of the Trees Quiz, you might want to check it out because I think a misspelled a few things

William Hey, Robyn—Take your time. Books are meant to be savored, like a good chocolate bar. (If you enjoy chocolate, anyway!) I hope you are enjoying your spring break. Take time to watch the sunset and work a little on your book. What is it about, anyway?

Robyn S. I love the book so far. It is awesome. But I have been super busy with school and writing my own book right now. I haven't gotten much reading done in it. But I will definitely give you feed back once I finish it! :D

William I am fine, Redwallcrazy. It's been a long day. I'm trying to think of ways to make your birthday a little more special. Are you feeling any better? God bless you!

Redwallcrazy Hi Bill!!
I am slowly finding my way around here, hehe. How are you?
