J.E. Taylor is an award winning, USA Today Bestselling author, a publisher, an editor, a mother, a wife, a business analyst, and a Supernatural fangirl, not necessarily in that order. She first sat down to seriously write in February of 2007 after her daughter asked:

“Mom, if you could do anything, what would you do?”

From that moment on, she hasn’t looked back.

In addition to being co-owner of Novel Concept Publishing (www.novelconceptpublishing), Ms. Taylor also moonlights as a Senior Editor of Allegory (www.allegoryezine.com), an online venue for Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror.

She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two children and during the summer months enjoys her weekends on the shore in southern Maine.

When that happens, I'll start a short story or take a break all together and read a new book by a favorite author or one from a new author that I haven't tried.

Another good way to resolve a scene is to sleep on it. I find a good night's sleep will produce dreams with the answers I was looking for.(less)

Hunting the Siren, the third book in The Paradox Files Series is one that has taken a back seat to a super secret book that needs to be completed by August 1st. So while the super secret book has most of my attention, I'm still formulating where I'm going with Hunting the Siren. But I'll give you a hint... Kylee is on the run and she needs a place to hide that neither Fate nor Death would ever think to look. :)(less)

A new release and a few loose ends!

Hi folks,

It's been a while since I've blogged.  We are in some weird times with this Covid crap going around and that made my creative juices falter a bit, especially since overall sales took a nose dive the last few months. So, after looking at my options, I went back into Kindle Unlimited with my entire list. And finally buckled down to finish my newest book.  Grim's Daughter is now out in pape
