I laugh when I get the idea, I laugh when I put it down on paper, and I laugh each time I read it (sometimes for each draft). It's really pitiful. My big difficulty has always been not telling everyone around me about it. I have to keep it contained, in the story. I'm sure it makes me look a little crazy.

Recently, A Jane Austen Daydream was released an audiobook. Louisa Gummer (the narrator) gave an amazing performance and has a background as a comedian. She has improved many of my jokes in her delivery. (Completely capturing the wit of my Jane.) I laughed a lot the first time I listened.

I think for most characters there would be an overall feeling of confusion and bewilderment.

The only two characters that might work nicely together are Megan from MEGAN and Jacob from MY PROBLEM WITH DOORS. I think they could become friends. Well, at least they are in my head.

Cheers and thanks for the question!(less)

I saw the incredibly fun Solo over the weekend, so I thought it was time to update my Star Wars order. This lists includes movies and TV shows. Honestly, if I was to include the books I would throw them all at the end… and then throw myself off a bridge. (Seriously, can’t Han, Leia, … Continue reading →

There are many things I was expecting with this book and hoping for.

First, I was hoping for a double biography, learning about both men, Henry Fonda and James Stewart. Learning about what made these men who they are, what made them tick. Second, I h
