sammi mclean's eggplant parmesan

 

I found another recipe on Kind Lifer Sammi McLean's blog Vegan Pandamonium that looks insane!  It's an Eggplant Parmesan recipe and I can't wait to try it.

On her blog Sammi wrote "I haven't had eggplant parmesan in so long that I actually forgot what it tasted like.  I knew this dish was good because with my first bite all the eggplant parm flavors rushed back to me and it was an extremely nostalgic experience.  Comfort food just rules!"

So I've been using Preserve Products Toothbrushes for years now.  They're my favorite toothbrushes and are great because you can send back your old ones for recycling.  Anyhow until recently I never knew that Preserve also made Tupperware! I had been looking around the web for great food storage containers and came across them. I have the small and large bowls now and really love them!   

Now at home I like to use glass containers to store my food in as I feel so much better about using glas...

my first farmer's market back in LA!!

I went to the farmer's market on Sunday a few weeks back now my first market of the year. I love the ritual of the market and bringing my grandma cart and cloth bags! This week I got mataki mushrooms – one of my favorite shrooms - that are so pretty and yummy.
