Louisa has a post about planting a vegetable garden in front of New York's City Hall. The organization People's Garden NYC has a photo on their website of an artist rendering of what the garden would look like pictured below. They are working hard to make this fantasy garden a reality. Go to their website to learn more about them see the rendered...

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_6M8ta2StFjM/S_WokPIxJxI/AAAAAAAABUQ/C6eX0ZU3l54/s400/IMG_7793.JPG

I found another recipe on Little House of Veggies that looks so good. It is a recipe for Chocolate Fudge Muffins that was adapted from one of Bethenny Frenkel's recipes.

Morgan from Little House of Veggies wrote "These chocolate fudgy muffins are my very favorite sweet snack to make and they are pretty much guilt free being made entirely from whole wheat and having virtually no fat aside from the vegan chocolate chips and a single teaspoon of oil! This recipe is just too good not to share...

furniture made out of decaying wood!

http://www.hudsonfurnitureinc.com/2007/images/_large/tab/tab029.jpg

I think it's so great to use reclaimed wood rather than cut down trees growing in forests. When I buy furniture if I don't buy something used I only buy new things that are made out of reclaimed wood. I also love the rustic earthy look so I did some research to see what other companies are out there that also use reclaimed wood and...

Hi Everyone. Just a little note to say you should absolutely check out Flore Vegan if you are in the Silver Lake area of Los Angeles. It's a super cute little vegan place. Their food is delicious and they make amazing juice desserts and breakfast dishes too!

Morgan who runs the Little House of Veggies blog wrote "I got this recipe from watching Giada on the Food Network.  She is so cute and I love her veggie meals when she makes them! It was so simple to make but looked so impressive.  Make this one when you are having guests over!"  Morgan also mentions that this is a dish for oregano lovers... Since the recipe calls for 1/4 cup of oregano!  So if you ...
