Hello Ginny! We meet again. :)

I don't plot out my books ahead of time, so very often the storyline takes a turn that surprises me. This was the case with Russ and Nadia. I really thought he'd end up with Mallory, but I like the way it turned out instead.(less)

I really loved this book and read it in two days. The pacing is probably slower than some suspense/mystery/thrillers--more of a slow burn than an action-packed plot--but it kept me intrigued and I enjoyed it all the way through.

The writing and plotting deserved ten stars, but for me, I would have liked a more narrow story focus. I wanted to know whose story it was because I'm that kind of reader.

Funny, touching, witty, sad. An easy read, but not for everyone. Beware, the ending will probably make you cry, but it's also a story of hope and happiness.

Karen McQuestion Hi Graeme, I'm glad that blog post resonated with you. It turns out that a lot of writers would prefer not to be boxed in. :) Freedom is a fine thing!
