Snippet Saturday-someone else to

Blog-Header-option2

Secondary Character is the theme today. Oh, oh, oh, pick me!!! It's GOT to be TJ that I introduce you to, if you haven't met him yet… He's the classic sidekick. I love him so much….

In Wolf Signs, TJ is introduced as the accident prone younger brother to the hero of the story. In Wolf Flight, he's there as well, and yes, I had to include him in Wolf Games, coming out in  March. (Psst, he gets his own story, hopefully by Oct 2010)

———-Wolf Signs———–

Keil laughed and turned to TJ.

"You should be...

Welcome to Dec-party time!

Holy cow, the year has just flown past. I blinked and the last couple of months disappeared.

Here's the Blackraven to tell you a little more:

Some of you may have noticed the new Christmas look that the Cafe has taken on for the holidays.  Well, that's not all that's going to o...

Playing with new things

I've decided that I'm going to try some new things. Like maybe venture into book trailers and things like that. In my … giggle … spare time … giggle.

Actually, once I get past the learning curve, I'm sure it will be fine. And I always have the fabulous help of Valerie Tibbs, my good friend who ventured into the graphic artist business right around the time I started writing. We're like sisters, separated at birth. :)

She's very patient with me, and made me this advertisement. What do you think? ...

Na na-na na nana- hey hey hey, I'm done!

And you should all just count your blessings right now that you can't actually hear me sing, because it's NOT a pretty sound. :)

What is pretty is that three awesome things have happened.

#1- I have completed Nanowrimo. The 50K challenge that started me writing two years ago is done for another year as I passed the 50K mark on Friday. Snippet Saturday- Departures

Blog-Header-option2

Saturday Snippets- a chance to read excerpts from a variety of authors and try a little of their stories. All the snippets today will somehow have the theme of departures. In this one, from Wolf Signs, the heroine Robyn is getting ready to leave on what will quickly become a life changing excursion.

6450 calories stared up at Robyn.

She adjusted the lid on the apple box to close it tight over the cheesecake and other food supplies. She let her gaze flow over the rest of the gear spread all ...

Woohoo!

Matt

I found the rest of the Cowboy story. As my friend asked…under the couch? Lying around?

Yup. Kinda. :)

So I'm going to hide out for the next couple of days and try to finish this baby off. Yeaha! Love these moments. Sorry for the quiet, but have to run!
