Arsen Diklić was a Serbian writer. Elementary and middle school he finished in Otočca, and high school in Sarajevo.

Diklić wrote poetry and novels for children. His most known works are: Salaš u Malom Ritu (novel), Ne okreći se sine (novel), Plava ajkula (novel), and book of poetry Čika s bradom. In his novels, Diklić wrote about the events during the time of World War II.

Collaborating with Branko Bauer, he wrote the script for the movie based on his novel Ne okreći se sine. Film won an award on a film festival in Pula 1956.

He died July 4, 1995 in Beograd, Serbia.
