When Montsimon pulled up the hood, sudden doggy breath warmed her cheek. Althea glanced behind her. A rather ugly terrier sat scratching an ear. The ear looked slightly chewed. “Do sit down, Spot,” Montsimon said with a grimace. “So, this is Spot,” Althea said politely. Montsimon’s description of the dog was apt. It was hardly the progeny of careful breeding.”

Hello Maggi,
It's such a pleasure to have you as a friend here at Goodreads! Thank you and best wishes.
Warmest regards,
CJ

You're welcome, Amy. Enjoy the weekend.

There's an awful lot of Gingers!

Cheers,
Maggi

How did you like Under a Silent Moon? It sounds wonderful! I will add it to my TBR. I hope you are enjoying your weekend.
NorthernLightsGirl

I see you enjoy reading historical romances, so do I. I'm reading a great one right now, Under a Silent Moon, a Regency intrigue by Tracy Grant. As a writer myself I'm really enjoying the quality of the writing and research.
Cheers,
Maggi
