Women Rely on Strength of All Types When Faced with Violence

In my thriller novel Compulsion, I introduce readers to Emily Stone. She is a determined woman who uses her amazing intuition, careful study of criminal behavior, and effective use of technology to track violent predators and gather evidence against them. When Emily encounters a killer who does not appreciate her interference in his ongoing rape and murder spree, she must physically defend herself against a much larger and stronger opponent. To be sure, Emily is bold and well-trained in the tech

So, I naturally am curious about the latest research and news stories concerning serial killers. I must admit, however, I continue to be surprised by the morbid draw that people have towards infamous murderers. There are countless websites devoted to serial killer

Foreclosure signs continue to get planted on front yards across our country, with California’s housing industry finding itself particularly hard hit. The largest corporations down to the smallest mom and pop stores are being forced to lay off employees or close al

Emily’s Crime Watch – Tip #4

There are both positive and negative benefits for children using the Internet. The online world can offer children an experience that is both educational and rewarding, which can lead to a higher school performance and increase future job potential. Unfortunately, there is pornography and child predators lurking out there in the online world too.

Life of a Writer

The life of a writer can be described as glamorous, enlightening, and rewarding at times. If you’re lucky you might even receive some celebrity status in your field. For the most part, the life of a writer is tough with lighthearted moments that leave a tenacious grip on your soul that won’t let go. Once you’ve been afflicted with the compulsion to write as a life long goal, you’ll completely understand what I mean. It leaves an imprint deep within your core that helps to define you.
